The Space:
This cheerful studio is well-equipped with the most important essentials to ensure a comfortable stay for 1, 2, or 3 guests in one of the best parts of Mexico City - Polanco. You’ll be steps from the metro, Ecobike, scooters and Uber, which will allow you to move around the city without complications. The newly remodeled facilities have a pleasant shared terrace where you can go out to sunbathe and a coffee bar to work comfortably. For the remote worker or student, there’s an area of the building that has laptop-friendly workstations. For added convenience, there’s a washer and dryer in the building that guests have access to.

There’s a kitchenette with the basics, most importantly a coffee maker to help get a jump start on your day, plus indoor and outdoor dining tables where you can enjoy a sit-down meal. When it’s time to rest, the bedroom area has a cozy king bed, a sofa(that can accommodate a third guest), and a TV with cable for at-home entertainment.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in Polanco, a prestigious neighborhood in Mexico City known for its upscale and cosmopolitan atmosphere. Located in the heart of the city, Polanco offers a mix of luxury residences, high-end boutiques, fine dining restaurants, and cultural attractions. It's home to some of the city's most iconic landmarks, such as Chapultepec Park and the renowned Anthropology Museum. The tree-lined streets and modern architecture give Polanco a contemporary feel, making it a popular destination for both locals and tourists. It's a hub for art galleries, designer shopping, and vibrant nightlife, making it a dynamic and lively area that reflects Mexico City's modern and sophisticated side.

Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Mexico City International Airport (MEX), about 17 km or 10.5 miles away. There is no parking on the premises, but there are multiple options available such as paid street parking or nearby paid private lots.
- Taxi: Look for the authorized taxi stands inside the airport terminal. These taxis are safe and regulated. Ensure you agree on the fare with the driver before starting the journey. It's generally a good idea to have some local currency (Mexican Pesos) on hand to pay for the taxi ride.
- Private Car Service: Many private car services and rideshare companies operate in Mexico City. You can book a ride in advance using apps like Uber or Didi Chuxing.

Other Things to Note:
The building does not have an elevator, guests must climb stairs.

By policy, it will be requested, prior to your arrival, that you send us an official identification of all guests in the reservation (excluding minors).

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, except for service animals with a valid permit. For service animals, there will be an additional charge of $20 USD to cover cleaning expenses. The presence of 1 pet per property is allowed.

Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance. For stays longer than 2 weeks, it is mandatory to carry out an intermediate cleaning that must be covered by the guest.

Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) or using any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 11 p.m. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Only 1 service animal is allowed.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in unit using a code to access the keys in the lockbox. Full check-in instructions and necessary codes will be provided before your arrival.
