Whether you prefer lounging on the couch watching TV, playing games on the screen porch, or cooking up a feast in the kitchen equipped with a large sink and spacious counters, there`s something here for everyone. Gather around the 14ft dining table for meals with a view of boats sailing up the bay and the chance to spot one of the three lighthouses dotting the horizon.

Find your own sanctuary in one of the cozy bedrooms or unwind with a book on the library bench. With an open concept design seamlessly blending the kitchen, dining, and living areas, along with two inviting screen porches and a snug library, you can either come together as a group or steal away for some quiet time.

Start your day with a refreshing walk along Shore Road, basking in the ocean breeze and perhaps pausing to sit on the rocks or explore the nearby trails. Take a dip at Grimes Cove or head to the community center for a game of pickleball, special events, or a Sunday softball match.

Venture out to explore the delights of Boothbay Harbor, from shopping and visiting the botanical gardens to embarking on a thrilling whale watching excursion or discovering the artistic haven of Monhegan Island. Don`t forget to explore the local galleries and consider hiring a local charter for an authentic experience on the water.

And when it`s time to unwind, you can stroll to the nearby inn for dinner or grab provisions from the East Boothbay General Store. With six generations of our family having cherished Ocean Point, we`re confident that you`ll fall in love with it too.

Instead of placing a security deposit hold on your card, we include a small, non-refundable $25 damage waiver in the reservation total—so your funds remain available throughout your trip. This Waiver covers damages up to $300.
• Quiet hours are 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors at all times.
• Maximum occupancy is as shown on the listing. Additional guests are subject to $25/person/night and may result in cancellation if excessive.
• A mandatory, non-refundable damage waiver is included in your reservation total in place of a security deposit. Guests remain responsible for damage exceeding coverage or resulting from negligence or rule violations.
• Pets are not allowed at this property. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees or cancellation. ADA Compliant Service Animals are permitted.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors).
• Open flames (fireplaces, fire pits, etc.) require prior written approval.
• No parties, events, or large gatherings without written approval.
• Waterfront/dock use (if applicable) is at your own risk and may require an additional waiver.
