As you enter you will notice the spacious living room with plenty of room for your family to come together after a great day out on the South Padre Island beach.
Across the open floor plan you will have room for dining and stocked kitchen with all the counter space you will need. Visit the local "Blue Marlin" for all the groceries you'd need. There are also fish shops where you can get what you need for a nice seafood dinner.
Upstairs your primary bedroom has a king bed with private balcony. The second bedroom also has an ensuite full bath and queen bed. Washer and dryer are upstairs.

*Padre Island Rentals has a free towel and linen exchange for towels and linens provided by Padre Island Rentals; this is located on the east side (beachside) of our building. Exchange hours are between 11 am and 3 pm daily.
*Padre Island Rental's off-site 24-hour Guest Welcome Center makes check-in and late arrivals a breeze.

Our coastal marshlands are home to hundreds of species of rare and endangered animals and are also a hotspot for migrating birds and ocean life. Birders and ecotourists from all over the world have South Padre Island on their bucket lists. Getting around here is easy, too: The Island Metro is FREE! There truly is something for everyone on South Padre Island.

POLICIES & INFO
Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- Full access to this property requires the use of stairs.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.
