Dear Tracy, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback about your stay at our home. We genuinely appreciate your positive comments about the spacious layout, prime location, security features, and well-equipped kitchen. We're also glad you enjoyed the pool area. We sincerely apologize for the challenges you encountered during your stay, particularly with the coffee makers and A/C unit. We are disappointed to learn that our guest service team was not responsive to your communications - this falls well below our standard of service. While we maintain a dedicated support team available from 9am - 6pm daily, it appears we missed the mark in providing you with the timely assistance you deserved. Regarding the mattress firmness, we understand that comfort preferences can vary significantly from person to person. While some guests prefer firmer mattresses for better support, we acknowledge that they may not suit everyone's preferences. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention. Your feedback helps us improve our service and guest experience. Despite the challenges you faced, we appreciate that you found several positive aspects of our home and hope that the convenient location and amenities provided some value to your Orlando vacation. Sincerely, Columbia Management
