Our lovely holiday home is situated in the heart of Whiritoa, a small coastal area perfect for families. Whiritoa is equidistant from Waihi and Whangamatā.
Our house, built just over three years ago, boasts a fresh and modern design. It features two bedrooms comfortably accommodating up to six guests. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed while the other offers two sets of single bunk beds. Additionally, there are two toilets, one inside the house and one in a utility unit, along with three showers.
The house is equipped with modern amenities including a dishwasher, double door fridge with ice maker and chiller filtered drinking water, gas hob and electric oven.
Situated on a spacious 1100 square meter site, there's ample room for parking cars and enjoying outdoor activities such as backyard cricket, crochet or lawn quoits. We provide three working bikes, two skateboards, and an array of games to keep the kids entertained regardless of the weather. Whiritoa has a lovely, safe lagoon ideal for swimming. While the main beach can be dumpy, swimming between the flags ensures safety.
Two walks, one leading to a blow hole at the southern end of the beach and the other across the lagoon, a coastal bush walk to a sheltered bay north.
While it's not beach front, it's a short walk to the lagoon and beach and the section offers privacy and shelter if the weather turns bad. Come for the weekend or a week, relax and enjoy all that Whiritoa has to offer.
