The main spaces of this 1,907 sq ft townhome:



- The LIVING ROOM is open and luminous with a plush L-shaped sofa and a large wall-mounted Smart TV to connect to your streaming accounts during relaxing downtime together. Direct access via sliding glass doors takes you out to the lanai and pool area.



- The FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN with quality appliances and all you’d need to prepare a wonderful home-cooked meal. There’s a breakfast bar with 5 bar stools for a quick snack or a coffee.



- The DINING ROOM is just next to the kitchen so you don’t have to go far to serve and enjoy a sit-down meal. There’s a table for 6 plus extra seats at the breakfast bar so you can enjoy meals together at home with lots of laughs and good conversation!



- PRIVATE LANAI & SWIMMING POOL with some sun loungers and a safety net if you have little ones. Enjoy a refreshing dip any time or spend a pool day together on a day off from the parks and sightseeing. (The pool can be heated for an extra fee).

Guest Access:

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home and shared access to the resort amenities for guests.



The Neighborhood:

The Bella Vida Resort community features beautiful landscaping and unique Italian gardens and has many amenities for guests of all ages. At the clubhouse, you’ll find a large pool, hot tub, lobby lounge, fitness room, kids’ games room, playground, and sports courts. Venture out of the community and you’ll find a a variety of restaurants (Bahama Breeze Island Grille, LongHorn Steakhouse & Giordano’s to name a few), shops, outlet malls, and golf all in the vicinity.



Getting Around:

The nearest international airport is the Orlando International Airport (MCO) which is about 18 miles | 29 km away.



Other Things to Note:

The private pool at the home can be heated for $50 USD/day and needs to be purchased for the total length of the stay and requested at least 2 days before arrival.



The BBQ grill rental fee is $95 USD per stay. Please note that there is no gas included. You can bring the empty tank and fill it up at a gas station, Walmart or Home Depot in the area. Please make sure to bring the empty tank so that you only pay for the gas and not for a new tank. The BBQ rental must also requested at least 2 days prior to your arrival.



If renting the BBQ for a month, the monthly rental is $200 USD, including a full tank on delivery.



Please note that under no circumstances may the grill be used inside the screened-in pool area. It can only be used outside. A penalty of $200 USD will be charged if a rented BBQ grill is used inside the screened-in area.



When disposing of trash, be sure your garbage is always properly tied up in plastic bags. NO LOOSE TRASH will be picked up. If your bags are not properly secured or you dispose of loose trash, you’ll be charged a $300 fine.



Note: Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator, so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore, there will be no supply of items, such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc., before check-in.



We provide some basic essentials like soap, toilet paper, and some paper towels. These items are not replenished during your stay. If you need more and for anything else you may need, remember to pack it or pick it up when you arrive.



Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance.



Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation or upon arrival.



A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



Security cameras are used on the exterior of the property for guest safety and security reasons only.



We kindly ask all guests to abide by these HOUSE RULES:

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 USD penalty.

- No parties, events, or illegal activities are permitted, and excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 11 p.m., to respect the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay when identity verification is necessary.

- No pets are allowed.



Interaction with Guests:

It’s self-check-in using a code. All the access codes will be provided to you before your arrival.
