This condo was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of space for our family of 5. The pool was also a nice size and kept clean. The beach was never too crowded. It would have been nice to have a TV in the second bedroom but we knew before there wouldn't be one and it wouldn't keep us from coming back. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Had a pleasant stay at this property and unit. Directly on the beach with great view from 11th floor balcony. Also able to view two SpaceX rocket launches from the property. Our stay was great. We had all we needed to get started with some of the supplies left by former guests. The condo was perfect. Only suggestion is that it would be nice to have some kind of blinds/curtains over the balcony doors. It was an easy walk to pool and beach. Would stay here again.

From the booking to leaving this trip was one of the best ever. Manual was always quick to reply, extra accommodating and wonderful to work with. The views are spectacular. Stay near cape canveral/cocoa beach

We stayed for the week in Cape Canveral 2 bedroom beach view condo. The condo was lovely. Two bedrooms, one King bed, and bath/shower and a laundry room/storage with stacking washer and dryer, a tv and remote ceiling fanThe 2nd room had 1 full and 1 twin bed, remote ceiling fan, with a bathroom tub/shower next to BR2. Kitchen with everything needed for our stay. The family area included a tv, remote fan, large sectional couch, and table and chairs, and great view of the ocean with balcony. There was a beach cart, mat, lots of beach and shower towels, beach toys, throw blankets, etc. The pics are accurate. We flew in and used uber to get around, no need to rent a car unless you want to. There were 3 sets of keys which is helpful since keys are needed for condo pool, elevators, and beach access..its very safe. This condo is great. Manuel did this well. Oh and go to Pacific Rim for sushi.

Perfect vacation condo!

This condo was the perfect place for my family of three. Everything was immaculately clean!! The location was perfect and the view from the balcony was amazing. The condo was also stocked with EVERYTHING we needed including golf clubs/balls for the putting green, boogie boards, beach towels/chairs and even fishing poles. My kids LOVED staying here and the proximity to the shuttle launches was awesome. We will definitely be back!

Great location! Nice pool and short path to the beach. I did get stuck in the elevator and had to call someone to help me. Plus they are very slow. Condo was very nice. Plenty of towels and beach items. kitchen has anything you need. The only negative is that you have to use your key for everything.

This was our second summer stay in this unit, and we will return a 3rd time. Everything is exactly as pictured and promised. The views are beautiful. The location is perfect. The owner updated the condo in between our stays; the new couch is very comfortable. Little things included so you don’t have to buy or bring that make the stay easier: dishwasher detergent, washing machine detergent, adequate amounts of toilet paper, and kitchen trash bags. Big things included so you don’t have to buy or bring that make the stay even easier: beach towels/chairs/toys, styrofoam cooler, puzzles, games, folding card table. Highly recommend!

Seaside Home Away From Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our extended stay at Manuel's nicely maintained and well appointed home away from home. The unit is updated and very comfortable. Manuel was an excellent and responsive host and attentive to our questions and needs. The deck has a beautiful ocean view and was sunny almost all day long offering a private alternative to the spacious pool and wonderful east coast beach. We saw over a dozen amazing launches overlooking Port Canaveral. We can't wait to return!
