My sister and I have very stressful careers and the goal of the week was to get away! Location was great. Property needs attention to hvac with repairs required during our stay. The hvac company was wonderful, Rias Air, but management staff was lacking. Air was malfunctioning on the 2nd day and property was uncomfortable with management staff originally pushing to wait another day for hvac repair. Once repaired the hvac system failed to keep up with the heat of the day on the main floor as the thermostat is on the 1st floor and the main floor constantly cycles from cool to warm. The hot water heater tripped a breaker on the 2nd dayand then continued to not provide adequate water for 1 shower requiring staging of showers. This property could sleep up to 10 people so not providing hot water for 1 shower is very disappointing. There is an overwhelming mildew odor in the front right bedroom which did not abate. The whole property was musty on entering. There seems to be some electrical gremlins with ceiling fans turning off independently while light switch is still in the on position. Drop cords in use in bedrooms or no convent plugs for charging devices. Though this was a great location would not recommend this property due to hvac system and water heater, as well as the one bedroom be unusable due to mildew odor.
