"Sea Rie-Treat" is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom oceanfront home located in North Topsail Beach, Topsail Island.

Upon entry into the home, you will find a quaint foyer with stairs leading up to the first level with two of the three bedrooms. The first bedroom is streetside and provides a Twin over Twin Bunkbed with a Twin over Double Bunkbed. This bedroom also offers a television with gaming system and games for rainy day entertainment! A shared full bathroom is located in the hallway next to the second bedroom. The second bedroom is oceanside and provides a King bed and Twin Daybed with Twin Trundle. This bedroom also offers a television and access to the oceanfront deck.

Head upstairs to the second floor with an open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. Gorgeous views of the Atlantic Ocean await from the oceanfront deck or through the vast windows in the comfort of the living room. A fully equipped kitchen is available for serving up home cooked meals during your stay, with ample seating available in the dining area. A half bath is conveniently located on this level, right off the kitchen.

The third floor encompasses a secluded master bedroom suite. The master bedroom provides a King bed and private bathroom. A desk is available for use should you need to complete a few tasks during your stay or take a break and enjoy a book at the reading nook!

Don't forget your fur family! "Sea Rie-Treat" is dog friendly with a pet fee (two dogs max allowed).

Please note: There are sandbags located in front of several homes along the northern end of the island, including "Sea Rie-Treat". These sandbags are in place to prevent further beach erosion. It is important that you do not climb on the sandbags. Although beach access may not be available directly in front of the property – it is a very short walk. There is a beach access point several houses south of this property – close to the condos. You can also access the beach on the ocean inlet via a 5 minute walk north. Please enjoy the views from the balconies and don't forget to get up early at least one morning to enjoy the amazing sunrise!

Age Requirements: You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. ID verification required prior to check in. House parties will be evicted immediately. Any group renting this property under false pretenses shall be immediately evicted with no refund.

TV Disclosure: Smart TVs require guests to log in with their own accounts to access subscription apps. Access credentials are not provided.

CANCELLATIONS -
Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be made in writing by Guest. Reservation payments are not reimbursable unless the property can be re-rented for the same rate and time period less non refundable reservation fee, cancellation fee, and third-party fees. CHECK IN DAY DETAILS -
Your rental home allows you to check-in directly at the property. Check-in typically becomes available BETWEEN 4:00 - 6:00 PM on the day of your scheduled arrival. As soon as your rental is ready for check in, we will send you a text message with all of your check-in instructions. Please understand that all homes must be cleaned and inspected before we are allowed to issue access details and you are not allowed to be at the property until you have received that text message.

PREPARING FOR YOUR VACATION -
All our vacation rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s) and more! Our vacation homes do not supply consumable items for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, spices, cleaning products, etc.). Please plan accordingly for any items you may need during your stay.

You are welcome to bring your own linens, or we provide a linens rental service for your convenience. Some homes provide complimentary linens for select dates and this detailed information can be found in the description. Linen package options include BRONZE (bed sheets only per bed listed), SILVER (bed sheets per bed listed, a bath towel set per occupancy, dish towel, and a bath mat per shower/tub), and GOLD (all items from the SILVER package plus one extra bath towel per occupancy).

TOPSAIL ISLAND GENERAL INFO-
WiFi: WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT given.

Beach Nourishment: Beach nourishment projects help preserve and protect Topsail Island's shoreline. Most projects are scheduled annually between November and April and may involve large pipes on the beach, trucks moving sand, and other equipment to rebuild and maintain our dunes. Timelines and locations can shift without notice, and we are not always informed in advance. While we understand this may impact your beach experience, refunds or compensation will not be provided for disruptions related to beach nourishment. For the latest updates, we recommend checking the town websites for Topsail Beach, Surf City, or North Topsail Beach. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions about potential beach impacts during your stay.

Water Pressure Notice: Please be aware that during popular rental dates, especially in the mornings and evenings, there may be temporary reductions in water pressure. This is a common occurrence across the island as many visitors are getting ready for the day or returning from the beach. We recommend planning showers and other water-related activities accordingly to avoid inconvenience.

Public Parking: The Town of Surf City enforces “Pay to Park” from March 1-Oct 31 from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm in the Surf City Public Beach Access Parking Lots and other marked Public Parking Lots. The Town of North Topsail Beach will enforce “Pay to Park” from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM year-round. Onslow County operates three public parking areas/beach accesses within the Town of North Topsail Beach. To the best of our knowledge the county intends to continue operating these lots free of charge.

Leave No Trace: Topsail Island enforces a "Leave No Trace" policy in order to protect our shoreline, meaning you must remove all items, including tents and chairs, from the beach each day. Any items left behind are subject to theft, removal by the town, or possibility of being washed away by the ocean.

Turtle Nesting Season: From May to October, Topsail Island is a nesting ground for sea turtles. Be mindful of marked nests, limit oceanside deck lights, and follow local guidelines to protect them.
