I highly recommend this location. Although I didn't need anything for during my stay the host communicated well. The directions for getting into the garage and the condo were excellent. We enjoyed our stay and I'd stay here again when I come to San Diego

What a wonderful property. Everything that you would need for an extended stay was available. The bedding and furniture was very comfortable. The property was very secure. A key or remote was needed to enter the property. This made sure only residents were allowed on the property.The balcony was small but was perfect for us. Due to the sun's position, the balcony was always in the shade. This was nice since Imperial Beach was in the middle of a heat wave.We will definitely return to the property in the future.

Fabulous location to the beach and you could walk for miles at low tide. Several really good restaurants within walking distance. The condo was comfortable and the manager was great when we contacted him.

Frank was very attentive and prompt and providing information or answering questions. They even offered us an early check-in or late checkout if we would like because it was available. The location was easy to navigate and the neighborhood was very pleasant. Highly recommend if you’re looking for stay in imperial Beach.

Wonderful stay

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay. We had a sports event in Chula Vista and the condo on the beach was wonderful to come back to. All you could need was there, even shower gel.

Relaxing Getaway

This property is perfect for a small family, the host is absolutely amazing and left snacks and fresh fruit for our stay. The property has a warm pool and nice hottub, the only reason I deducted a star was due to the cleaniness, It was decently cleaned but we found items under the bed

The condo was spectacular! Very clean, spacious, and had a lot of extras to make it even more convenient. The view was incredible. We loved listening to the ocean waves and watching the dolphin !

The entire building is undergoing a multi-million dollar makeover with our unit scheduled for August 2024, including new tilt-in windows that will allow us to clean them after each guest. Beach sounds all the time’

Watching the waves crash from this well stocked and comfortable unit is a treat. Not only do you get two parking spots but the condo also has a pool and hot tub too! Quiet and comfortable provides you a nice place to relax. Easy to get to Gaslight district, Seaworld and La Jolla. Recommend Whale watching, we saw lots of sea life on our trip! Highly recommend.

Fab beach view!

The place was exactly as described in the description. The location was ideal for walking to the pier, restaurants and of course the beach. We have stayed at this location before at another unit so we were familiar with the area. If you decide to shop for groceries there is an Grocery Outlet not too far and the outlets are also not far. We will definitely be back to IB! Thank you for the late checkout accommodation! Frank was great!

Beautiful View

Former roommates reunion where we lived 55 years ago. Appreciated the elevator and large water jug to fill our bottles every day. Kitchen was large and well equipped. The one bathtub was slippery with no grippers on the bottom and no hand rails.
