Thank you Shanna. I would add this was a young family with a very furry pup. Yet my home was immaculate. Definitely would have them return.

Kshitij’s family were super friendly and the young children were so sweet. Very good communication whilst staying in my home. The only thing I would ask is for a higher cleaning fee next time. It took longer than usual because there was a large sticky mess all over the wood floor by the deck door. I think it was perhaps a freezy as I found an empty wrapper under the stool. Food scraps in both sinks , sticky windows and doors. My thoughts are it was busy leaving getting little ones ready and things were overlooked perhaps. Having said this I would welcome this family again.

Thank you Thea and Bobby for choosing to stay in my home. I appreciated how clean and tidy it was . Even having washed all the beach towels prior to departure very thoughtful gesture. I would welcome this family and their dog back anytime. I wanted to clarify a couple of things. My deck is safe and sound, I have plants in front of the stairs is to prevent that route used as I have two other ways to get to the lower lawns. The warning I gave ( as one of the children was 7) for the drop off at the side of the property. This is listed under outdoor space. I am sorry you didn’t see my disclosure and description (under additional information ) about my long term tenant in the suite . Again a pleasure having this family stay.

Thank you Larry. Larry’s group of 4 were wonderful guests . Very easy to communicate with and respectful of the property. As Larry explained unfortunately my AC quit on the hottest weekend of the year. Larry and company were extremely understanding to a difficult situation . I was able to obtain the specific coolant from another company after the weekend as a temporary fix until the new unit can be installed.. However this was after Larry and Co had tolerated the heat and left. Larry was gracious in discussing his opinion of the basement suite. As the suite has a separate entrance , patio out of view and a very quiet tenant I hadn’t thought it an issue. I agree with Larry though to add it to the description for transparency. I very much appreciate Larry mentioning this to me and all comments positive and negative are important to improve my listing . I take pride in the home being cleaned thoroughly, I believe somehow the floor was inadvertently missed by the cleaner. Again good feedback to have a walk through prior to the guests arrival. My cleaner has already been notified and has assured me it was an oversight that won’t happen again. I did offer Larry’s party an extra night however their plans were already scheduled ahead of time. I didn’t blame them wanting somewhere cooler! The offer stands for another trip to the Okanagan . I would very much like to see these 4 lovely people again in the future. I would highly recommend them as guests. I almost forgot, my large umbrella decided to leave the deck in a sudden gust of wind. Larry said they watched it take flight and crash to the ground. Without any questions money was left to compensate the destroyed umbrella. Honesty and integrity. Again thank you for choosing to stay in my home.
