Having built and moved into this beautiful home a couple of years prior, we’re finally ready to share this gorgeous space!

The property is a straightforward 5min drive from Nelson City and 10min from the Airport and Tahuna Beach. The Grampians Recreational Reserve sits just to the east, with a 10min walk (or 2min drive) to the start of the closest walking track.

With sun pouring in through glass sliders and big bright ocean views, the open kitchen / dining / lounge area is the hub of the home. The lounge extends easily onto the elevated back deck which comes complete with coffee table, barbeque and over the cooler months, a 5-person spa. The yard below is planted out with a variety of young natives and fruit trees. Guests are welcome to take from the orchard area and vege garden as available.

The property has three sleeping areas. Two come with comfortable king-sized beds, one of which includes a fully-equipped ensuite bathroom. The smaller bedroom is usually used as an office and contains a comfy queen bed. The main bathroom is pleasant, clean & modern with a generous shower unit.

The property includes a large garage, most of which is used for personal storage by the owners. The laundry is located within the garage and guests are welcome to use the washing machine and dryer. Off-street parking is available for 1 vehicle on the driveway outside the garage.
