New to VRBO: North-Facing APT 3 min to Canberra Times Fountain

Nestled in the vibrant City Walk district, Highgate stands as the epitome of modern urban living. Experience luxury at its finest in this beautiful apartment, adorned with top-notch finishes and exceptional on-site amenities.

Please note that the key pickup spot is different from the apartment location. You can drive 7 min (2.7km) or walk 16 min (1.2km) to get the keys.

BEDROOM:
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, while bedroom 2 has a double-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.

BATHROOM:
The bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.

KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- microwave
- oven
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher

We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.

LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a 55" Hisense smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscription so you will have to use your own account. Guest must use their own login for smart related available apps.

LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.

PARKING:
The parking garage can accommodate 1 vehicle. If you need more parking, there are a few options available. You could try the paid street parking on Bunda, and Allara Street. Alternatively, there are some parking garages located in the Canberra Centre that you could use.

COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES:
You will have access to the building's BBQ Area, pool, spa and gym throughout your stay. Amenities are located on the 9th floor.

The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm availability of common areas.

There is a key-safe for self check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee.

I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

Navigating Highgate is a breeze with the Canberra train station nearby. You have multiple transport options at your disposal—whether it's catching a train, hopping on a bus, or utilising Uber. The decision is entirely yours, based on what suits your needs best.

- The keys are collected from an offsite location.

Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
1. Let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard check-in/out times. We'd need to collect $20 for the first 30 minutes and an additional $40 for the next 30-minute increments when there is a breach in the observance of standard check-in and out times.

2. I have a STRICT "No Pets Policy" and "No Smoking Policy". These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.

3. The cleaning fee covers the regular cleaning and linens in the property. As this is not a hotel, please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be requested (minimum of $50).

4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy on our Airbnb listing.

5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you're a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.

6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of people that can book the property. Any non-guests must leave by 10:00 pm. And there should strictly be no loud noise after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty if this house rule is breached.

7. There are some items in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk) that you are welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics (i.e. muesli). We don't stock in the refrigerator or provide any meals.

8. I list my property as not suitable for kids or infants as it is not child-proofed and we don't have baby amenities (i.e. high chair, cot). However, if the kids will be under adult supervision at all times, booking with children is no problem.

9. The property will be holding a security deposit for all stays. If no damages are identified, the full amount will be released within 3 days of check-out. In case of damages, necessary fees will be deducted, and affected parties will be promptly notified. This applies to bookings on Booking.com, VRBO, and Canbnb websites
