Welcome to our apartment located in Cape Town's up-and-coming East City Precinct.
Alive and nothing short of character, this apartment draws some inspiration from industrial and New York-style living. It's part man cave with a touch of funk. Every corner has a story and most of the fittings are repurposed. The hub is home to some of the best coffee shops, art studios, and hipster hangouts in Cape Town. Immaculately kitted out, large, bright, and comfortable loft apartment.
The space:
This large open space is located in a secure apartment block and has two bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and the other with a King-sized bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences and the unit has a standalone walk-in shower and a separate American-themed toilet.
Wake up to the bustling energy of the city and step outside to find yourself surrounded by popular attractions such as Long, Bree, and Kloof streets, known for their trendy cafes, bars, and shops. Across the street from world-famous Truth Coffee Roasting, voted the world's best coffee shop for two consecutive years.
The apartment is situated in an up-and-coming gentrified area, known for its vibrant community and rich history. Take a stroll through the streets and discover the area's material and carpet shops, now transformed into trendy boutiques and art galleries. This neighborhood is also home to many of Cape Town's hipsters, making it the perfect spot to experience the city's unique culture and atmosphere. Take advantage of the apartment's prime location and explore the city's many tourist sites and activities, such as Table Mountain, the V&A Waterfront, and the Cape of Good Hope.

Security: The apartment building features manned security at the front desk during the day, providing peace of mind throughout your stay. In addition, the premises are equipped with CCTV surveillance in the main building entrance ensuring a secure environment for all residents and guests.

Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment to themselves.

We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and at an additional cost, if required.
