The 4-season cottage comes complete with a main floor open concept layout, large dining area, gourmet kitchen, electric fireplace, 55" smart TV, central air conditioning and free Wifi. There are two bedrooms with bunkbeds with a lower double bed. The primary suite has a queen bed and ensuite complete with shower. The games room has a smart TV, pool table, many games, puzzles, etc. A washer & dryer are also available along with all bedding & towels. Patio doors lead to a large deck, to enjoy fabulous sunsets, and is covered over approximately half. Two BBQ's, luxury seating with fire table & hot tub are on the upper deck. The lower deck leads to a firepit area and above ground pool. There is another smaller deck on the east side, which also has a firepit. There are 2 kayaks, a canoe, paddle boats available for lake enjoyment along with a dock for fishing or launching the watercraft. A play structure with small house, slide & swings are available for young children's enjoyment. If you're into fishing Lake Manitoba has abundant fish, which you could fish from the dock or canoe. There are two public beaches nearby and Lake Manitoba Resort is minutes away that offers a 9-hole golf course and a full service, licensed restaurant.
