This is a very nice condo located just steps away from the Town Lift. The location was incredibly convenient for walking to dinner, shops, and ski in/out to PCMR. The condo itself is very nicely accommodated with everything you might need during your stay. The king mattress was super comfy, and per my 13 yo son, who has become an expert on fold-out beds, the fold-out couch is the most comfortable one he has ever slept on. Malia was great to work with and her communication was excellent. We would happily stay at this condo again whenever we are in Park City!

We had a fantastic stay, even with the poor snow while we were there! The host is fantastic! Great comms leading up to and throughout the stay. She met us coming out of the Uber and toured us around the facility which was a great way to see all the amenities quickly. The hot tub on the rooftop is amazing with great views. You are right by the town loft bus stop… and our favorite, High West Saloon. Literally you walk out to the town lift and onsite ski storage is easy/included. I mean what more could you want?! We will DEFINITELY be back. Thanks so much!

Amazing location and space

Town Lift is outside the front door of the building. The apartment itself is big, comfortable, clean and well stocked. The views from the roof deck and hot tub are incredible. We had a wonderful visit and Malia was a gracious and accommodating host. Hope to return!

This was the most amazing, fabulous place that we have ever stayed! The location was amazing - right near Main Street and the Town Lift- so convenient. Malia was an amazing SUPER host who attended to our every need and went above and beyond to make our experience absolutely perfect. The place was so clean and adorable and comfortable and had our every need met. We are absolutely obsessed with this place and we will be back. Could not have been more perfect!

Great location in Old Town

We had a nice stay - the condo is very spacious and clean. We could walk to restaurants & shops. We took the Town lift to ski each morning. The only downside was there wasn’t enough snow to ski home but we were able to take the lift down the mountain to get back. Wonderful stay and Malia was easy to work with.

One of the best spots in park city

Beautiful property, incredible location. Direct access to town lift from the building and less than 2 minutes to high west distillery and the best restaurants in park city. Made for an unbelieve ski experience and amazing park city nights! Malia was fantastic as well. Met us at the property when we arrived and went way above an beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here next time out.

Fantastic Location and Great Managers

The location is right underneath the Town Lifts; I think we counted 42 steps from the front door to the Town lift and rental shops. Very nice modern condo, can accommodate a family of 4 just fine. We really enjoyed the rooftop hot tub after a day on the hill, watching the stragglers coming down the hill. Short 5-10 minute walk, tops, to all the restaurants. Malia was wonderful to work with and I would absolutely stay here again.

Best rental i’ve EVER stayed in!

Every single detail about this rental was so thought through! Accommodating, convenient, and very professional. The size of the rental and storage capacity was a standout aside from the absolutely incredible location. We ate Nextdoor almost every night and walked steps into town for a fun evening. Immaculate, spacious, and wonderful! I hope that we have the opportunity to stay here again!

Great location, newer construction, well maintained and well stocked condo

This is a great location at the base of Town Lift and near restaurants in old town Park City. The kitchen was well equipted and was better stocked with basic supplies(salt/pepper, sugar, starter coffee K-cups than most VRBO condos. The owner was very proactive and you can tell she is very meticulus about making sure you have a great stay. Comfortable bed and nice bathrooms with basic supplies (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) as well. This is a street level condo so you do get minimal noise from street and condo above.

Perfect and convenient

What a location! Town Lift is literally right next door. Restaurants and shopping galore when you’re not skiing, and it’s just as nice to chill in this wonderfully furnished condo. All of the special touches are top notch and appreciated. The host, Malia, is sooo accommodating and helpful 😊 so don’t be hesitant to reach out. The hot top on the roof was absolutely perfect for soothing our tired muscles, and the view… stunning! We will definitely be back! And no need to rent a car, as Uber is always available and super easy.

Long Weekend on the slopes

We enjoyed our stay at this property more than we ever would have imagined. This Condo is literally an elevator ride away from the town lift, you can leave the house and be on the slopes in less than 2 minutes. You're walking distance from everything in town; there is no need for a rental car. The condo comes with anything and everything you might need, all the way down to house slippers. Malia did a great job walking us around the property and showing us what was available to us. I would recommend this Condo to anyone looking to have a great time.

Beautiful Sundance & Ski Condo

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo. LOCATION! LOCATION!! LOCATION!!!Complete Ski-in/Ski-out w/private locker storage. Get your rental skies & lift tickets just out your door. Also included outside your door is all the amazing restaurants that park City has to offer on Main Street. No need for a rental car here! The condo is a large 1bed/2bath perfect for 2 or 4. It is cozy modern with a well appointed kitchen & a toasty fireplace. Finally Malia, our host, was awesome! She even dropped by a lovely gift for our 25th Anniversary. Cant wait to return :)

We love the fossils and gems in Tresor and 🦙 the soft delights at Alpaca International. Best of all-ski out from the Town Lift or take the free bus to DV, PC Base, or Canyons Village all within steps of the condo. Super easy and convenient.
