We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was a great place for our family vacation, with fantastic amenities that everyone enjoyed. The family especially loved the lazy river and having our own private pool.The price was fantastic, and the condo was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We truly enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great vacation getaway!

We stayed here for three nights and had a great experience. The house was modern, very clean, fully equipped, and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the private pool and grill, and there was plenty of sleeping space for everyone. The location was very convenient and close to everything.The community is a huge bonus — it really feels like a full resort, with a large pool, lazy river, water slides, two bars, and even foam parties. Great place for families. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

We had so much room in the house. We didn’t use two of the bedrooms. The pool at the house was so nice to be able to come back to. We spent the day at the clubhouse, played pickle ball and then relaxed in our own pool. Beds were comfortable. The only thing I’d like would be a more comfortable couch in the living room, seating was tight and we were only 4 people. But overall this place was great and we’d definitely come back!

Disney World Vacation

Our family had a great time staying at this house. It had plenty of bedrooms to accommodate our family. We really enjoyed the resort amenities that came with it. It was only 20-30 minutes away from the Disney World parks. The only complaint we had was 2 nights there were vehicles outside playing loud music and had their lights shinning in one of the bedrooms.

Unfortunately, situations like this with noise from neighbors are somewhat beyond our control, according to Florida's law and the Silence Act, we always recommend our guests to call the Resort's patrol or even 911 to resolve this type of situation. Excellent Property

Fabulous, clean home. Plenty of space for us, our friends & 4 kids. Large home but felt warm and welcoming. Our kids loved our private pool. Location of rental was close to clubhouse & resort amenities. Plenty of towels and washer/dryer were a plus. Cost was excellent for what we received. Very consistent communication with property owner & would definitely stay here again!

Check in went well at the front gate and we had the door code before walking in. The condo has definitely been well lived in. The carpets were stained. The main floor living room carpet smelled of animal pee. The pictures makes the house look bigger than it seems. It was perfect for a family of 5. But I do not know how 12 people could fit in the residence with ease. The best part was the pool and we had it heated and it was almost like bathtub warm the whole time. We enjoyed the amenities on site. The big pool, free game rooms, playground, and more. I would give it 4 stars just due to the banged up look it had to it. Otherwise it was a good place.

The townhouse and community were great for our family who was looking for a location that met the needs for adults, teenagers and a toddler. The private pool provided easy entertainment for everyone when the community center pools were either in available due to maintenance, crowded or we just want time as a family.The kitchen has the majority of things you need but could stand for better organization and some upgrades as some of the pots and pans are worn. As well as a upgraded silicon cookware as the home has cheaper plastic cookware that is less ideal for cooking.There was clear and effective communication prior to and during our stay. We had a couple of issues that were quickly addressed.If you’re looking for an additional area for kids to hang out this property is less than ideal as the air hockey table is old and damaged. There also is the lack of seating option to provide kids an area to take advantage of the gaming system they have installed. Overall the property was sufficient for our family’s needs but if you like to bake, cook, or hoping for a second area there is likely more updated properties for more . The community center is great and the location is ideal with easy access to a grocery store, CVS and restaurants.
