Living Area: The living area features a bright room with 2 comfortable sofas, a large smart TV, and plenty of space for relaxation.

Game Room: A room with a large ping pong table is ready for you to challenge your friends and family. Also Tic-Tac-Toe on the wall.

Pool, Hot Tub, BBQ and Patio: Grill up your favorite treats with the gas BBQ and enjoy them on the large covered patio sitting around the propane fire pit. Relax in the hot tub. Take a swim in the above ground pool with covered deck. * Note that the pool is open from April through September.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the necessary cookware and dishes. Whether you're a culinary enthusiast or just looking to whip up a quick meal, you'll find everything you need here. A Keurig pod coffee maker that also includes a drip option is available.

There are 3 homes spread out on the property available for rent. If you are travelling with a larger group and need more space, the whole compound can be rented! In addition to this home, there is another 3 bedroom home and a 2 bedroom home that are also available on the property.

- Non-smoking residence; Smoking is strictly prohibited inside but you can smoke outside.
- Only 1 small (up to 40 lbs) dog allowed, with Pet fee. NO CATS, no more than 1 dog
- No Open flames in home
- No events or parties without prior approval
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve home
- For the safety of our guests, exterior property is under 24/7 video surveillance and electronic monitoring equipment is in place to audit noise levels
- Check-in time is 3pm; Check-out time is 10am
