While we are unable to change the natural light in the condo, we do have recessed lighting in the kitchen and bathrooms. This is the first time we’ve heard about the lighting concern in the main area, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. To improve the space, we will be adding two lamps on either side of the couch to provide additional lighting in the main part of the condo. We’re grateful for your insights, which help us continue to enhance the comfort and enjoyment of the home for all our guests.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your review, and they wanted to share the following:- This was the first time we’ve had a concern raised about linens, and we responded right away by delivering a fresh set.- After hearing your concerns, we personally inspected the home and confirmed that all fans and lights were functioning properly, with spare bulbs available in the cabinet.- We’ve partnered with the same cleaning team for two seasons across multiple units and have consistently received positive feedback on their work.Thanks for letting us know about your stay.

As soon as we were notified about the power issue, we took immediate steps to resolve it and also offered an extra day to help make up for the inconvenience. While we understand it wasn’t an ideal situation, the electric company did make repairs during your stay, and we did what we could on our end to respond promptly. We appreciate you sharing your experience."

Hi David, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:-A new upstairs A/C unit has been installed to ensure the property remains cool and comfortable.-The A/C is always turned off before guest arrival for energy conservation but should cool down the space within about 15 minutes.-The garbage disposal is functioning correctly. It features a safety switch to prevent accidents, and clearer instructions will be provided for future guests.-One of the light bulbs in the living room went out and has been replaced.
