Ihre verbesserte 2-Zimmer-Wohnung wartet auf Ihre Ankunft. Diese Wohnung in idealer Lage befindet sich nur wenige Schritte vom Pool entfernt und weit genug vom Fairway entfernt, um Golfbälle zu vermeiden. Sie wurde mit neuen Fußböden, neuen Badezimmern, neueren Küchenschränken und neuen Geräten ausgestattet. Die Wohnung bietet Platz für vier Personen mit 2 Hauptschlafzimmern mit neuen Cal King-Betten und Fernsehern sowie einem neuen HD-Großbildfernseher im Wohnbereich. Es gibt ein bequemes Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer und natürlich hat das Gerät WIFI.
Das Desert Princess bietet viele Annehmlichkeiten, darunter 33 Pools, 33 Whirlpools, 27 Löcher mit erschwinglichem Golf, Tennis und Pickle Ball, Racquetball und ein Fitnesscenter, die alle zu Fuß erreichbar sind.

Great Location

Home away from home...

Maureen's condo is the perfect location for us. Some nice updates and well stocked. Lots of towels etc. It is very spacious and very comfortable.

Spring fling

The condo was just as advertised and the resort is terrific. Great golf and a nice pool right outside the patio door. Maureen is also very willing to help anyway that she can. We will certainly plan on returning.

Very Enjoyable

The condo was very nice with new furnishings. The location was also nice with a view of the 1st green from the back patio and the 2nd tee box from the front patio. The pool and hot tub was steps away. The owner, Maureen was very responsive to requests and inquiries. We also really enjoyed the beautiful golf course and the friendly staff in the pro shop. There is a golf clinic every Sunday which is a great value for $20. The pro who conducts the clinic, Patty Schram is a very good instructor.

Perfect Vacation Get Away!

This property was outstanding! The condominium was completely renovated including 2 master bedrooms each with their own adjoining newly renovated bathrooms. We arrived and everything was exactly as promised and more. The grounds are beautiful, the condominium overlooks a pool and 1 of the 3 beautiful golf courses on the property. The pool and hot tub were right outside our back door. If the golf courses on property aren't enough for golfers then there are plenty others nearby courses to try. The grounds and surrounding property are beautiful... and with so few units sharing a pool our family basically had the entire pool to our selves most of the time. Maureen the owner was so easy to work with and any questions we had she responded immediately. The beds are extremely comfortable and the unit was immaculate and cheerful. We stayed 8 days and could have easily stayed another week. The location is a perfect location for many different activities along with golf and pool time. In addition to some great golf we made trips to 2 Palm Springs must sees: The living desert and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. "The world’s largest rotating tram car—travels over two-and-one-half miles along the breathtaking cliffs of Chino Canyon, transporting riders to the pristine wilderness of the Mt. San Jacinto State Park". I definitely plan on returning to the desert every year with my family for winter vacation and will absolutely stay here again and again! Thanks Maureen :)

Well appointed / very convenient to golf at Desert Princess

The condo was clean, well equipped, and very convenient to golf at Desert Princess. We had a great time here. The pools are clean and well maintained. Only 1 gate was really available for renters, off Vista Chino Road. The other gate, on Landau Road, requires a transponder. for entry/exit. This stay was well worth the cost; we'd do it again.

great location

The unit was well equip and clean. We stay there for 3 months and enjoy the patio and location. The owner handle any issues we have within a reasonable time. Would recommend this unit to anyone.

Lovely!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo is comfortable and well appointed. Having the two Master bedrooms with separate en-suites is a real bonus. The view from the back veranda is lovely, and the pool and hot tub are steps away. Highly recommend it!

This place is clean, has lovely decor, and relaxing.

I would certainly book this place again. It is in a gated community, close to the pool and location is great! The condo is very clean and well kept with updated furnishings. It is as comfortable as home and Maureen makes you feel welcome. My daughter and I enjoyed the sunshine and pool while making great memories. Looking forward to staying here in the future.

Beautiful condo - everything you need!

My wife and I went to Desert Princess for a long, celebratory weekend and had a wonderful time! The condo was tastefully decorated and very comfortable! The kitchen had all of the essentials, the bathrooms had been remodeled, and the bedrooms were very nice (and comfy beds, too). The back patio was very private, with a gas grill, and so close to the pool and hot tub. It was an easy daily (or twice daily) walk to soak! We golfed at Desert Princess and another golf club while we were there and were pleasantly surprised by the great condition of the courses. It was a perfect long weekend of activities and relaxation (and the weather was ideal - 70-ish degrees and sunny). We will be back. Thanks!!

Kay and Maureen have been friends for almost 30 years. We met originally when we were both "Toys R Us kids". We were working in the TRU corporate office in New Jersey. Our paths have diverged over the years but have stayed close friends. Kay lives in Utah with her husband and daughters. Maureen still lives in NJ but travels often to visit her boyfriend in Calif.

This investment will give us a nice destination to get together in the desert as well as (hopefully) rental income. The Desert Princess property offers all the amenities we could want along with a very convenient location.
