Great place for a couple of families, there is plenty of room for everyone. 2 bedrooms in the home, Plus plenty of Bunks in the sleep-out with a toilet and basin also.
The sun-room overlooks the street is a sun trap, it is a lovely quiet spot to relax & read a book.
The Fully fenced section is spacious and private, with a sheltered BBQ area.

The space
The main house has 2 Queen bedrooms one also has a single.

In the sleepout is a double bunk, set of single bunks and another room with single bunks.

Rental for 5 people is limited to the main house.
If you prefer the 3 bedrooms, and the second toilet, you’ll need to pay extra for the sleep-out to be available, to cover my cleaners charges.

If more beds are slept in than booked and paid for, you Will be charged for them.
The Batch is very warm and cosy.

Guest access
Guests have access to the whole house including the garage which you open by pulling up the door, this is where you will find outdoor toys (bikes are at the far back of the property in the lean to).
However guests will not have access to the sleepout and the second bathroom, unless the extra guests have been paid for.

Other things to note.
Our place is not New!
We have listed our place as a classic kiwi batch as this is exactly what it is!!
It is not perfect, and we are sprucing it up as time and money allows, we are a busy family running a farm and another property in Dunedin, amongst other things.

However it is clean, tidy and a very relaxing, and comfortable place to stay. With plenty of space for everyone to enjoy!
