Welcome to Eagle's Aerie Cottage!

Experience the serenity of Eagle's Aerie Cottage, a charming lakeside cottage located on Eagle Lake in Haliburton, Ontario. Our cottage is a cozy and secluded retreat, nestled in the heart of nature. With its picturesque surroundings and comfortable amenities, our cottage is the perfect destination for your next vacation. Whether it's a romantic retreat or a family getaway, our cozy cottage is sure to provide you with the perfect escape from the business of life any time of the year.

We are located only a 7 minute drive from Sir Sam's Ski / Ride and a 15 minute drive from Haliburton Village where you can explore local shops, restaurants, and attractions.

In the warmer months, enjoy outdoor meals, suntanning on the dock, cooling off in the water, going on adventures in our kayaks, paddle board, paddle boat, or canoe, and much more.

In the cooler months, enjoy cozy game nights by the fire, relaxing hot tubs, skating on the lake, ice fishing, and much more.*

The top floor our cottage is equipped with an open common room with large windows overlooking the lake, a full kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining options, a dedicated workspace with a pullout couch, two bedrooms, an ensuite bathroom, and a second bathroom. On the lower level we have a second common space/games room with a pullout couch and two bedrooms equipped to sleep 3 people each. Go straight from the main common room out onto our large deck equipped with seating, a BBQ, and a hot tub.

Down by the waterside you can enjoy your morning coffee on the waterside deck, play with the kids on the little private beach, and enjoy the beautiful gardens and views.

Eagle's Aerie is owned and operated by the Casey family. This plot of land has been in our family for 3 generations. We seek to offer our guests a cozy and comfortable retreat, where they can create lasting memories with their loved ones, just as we have for many years. Our family has a deep appreciation for the natural beauty of the area and we are committed to preserving it for future generations to enjoy. We welcome you to join our family in enjoying this beautiful cottage and land.

We had wonderful time. Property is very well maintained and equipped. Its also a great location with quiet lake and a store nearby. I would definitely recommend it.

Brilliant Time!

This cottage has everything you need from water toys to BBQ equipment! The lake was warm and calm for most of the time with lots of seating to enjoy the sun.

Excellent family time!

3 generations had a wonderful time this past week - from the lake to the hot tub, out exploring with kayaks and canoe and paddle-board, to comfy beds and lots of places to relax, Eagle's Aerie is fully equipped to give everyone a chance to unwind and not worry about anything except what game to play next. Thanks Charis for your prompt replies and cheerful help - we had a great time!!

Wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage

The pictures do not do the property justice! The phenomenal view from the cottage over the water is so serene and tranquil. Picturesque waterfront property with sightings of nature's bounty. From deer crossing the backyard into the forest to ducks and loons on the lake. The lake is shallow, clean and warm at the docks and waterfront. Great for swimming. Pedal boat, SUP, kayaks and canoe to take out onto the water, for exercise, fishing and fun! There's a nice large, clean firepit area in the beautifully landscaped property. The cottage is fully equipped, including the kitchen. Comfortable beds and family room with games and dvds available. The host is easy to work with, replies to any messages quickly and is quite accommodating. Our party of 13, 3 generation family had the best time making memories together! Wonderful place and we would all love to go to this cottage over and over again!
