Very nice condo that I would recommend to anyone! The cleaner does a good job cleaning and making decorative figures out of the towels. Host was very responsive and helpful, the freezer froze over our first day and they had someone there ASAP to fix the issue and the fridge was back to working! They said if we had any other issues or questions to let them know and they would get us taken care of!Would definitely stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was in a great location. Loved the overall view from the balcony. Sitting outside listening to the ocean in the morning was a great way to start the day. The towels and bedding had some holes and stains on them. I Otherwise a great place and would definitely come back.

The house is beautiful. (Front desk) Check-in took a little bit more time than what I was expecting . They couldn’t find my checking information. (Kitchen) The refrigerator didn't work and we didn't realize it until the next morning, our food was spoiled they finally fixed until 8 PM. Other than that, we had a good time. Air conditioning work perfect….,,

Kitchen well stocked and condo very clean. Notes regarding refrigerator instructions clean but in accurate. The fridge/ freezer was not cold enough to keep milk or freeze pop cycles.

Great place - Great service!

Excellent place to stay in Puerto Penasco! The owners were very helpful in answering our questions and the entire team of people we worked with were friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. C-802 is a 10 out of 10 and we'll certainly be back!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Bella Sirena, but this unit has extremely limited kitchen supplies. They need more cookware, glasses, plates, can openers, etc. VERY basic and very picked over. Also needs more towels. We had an issue wiht the AC and te management company was on it and had it resolved immediately. This unit could be great if they refreshed the kitchen supplies and provided more towels. Could use an extra chair or two in the lviing area as well.

Very Disappointing

Property manager didn't get us code for door and it was very hard to get it. Unit was tired and older decor. Could tell it hadn't had a good clean in a while (dirty vents, platforms to beds, windows, etc.). We only had two big towels for four of us. They said they'd bring up around 9 - they came after we left at 11. Hot water heater didn't work first night and had to figure out there was a switch that needed to be turned on. You can tell it is never ower occupied. Our 4th time at the Bella and won't be staying at this unit again.
