Our community (charcoal) BBQ grills are available throughout the resort for your use, so you can enjoy a delicious meal with family and friends.
We also offer secured resort parking, which means you can bring your trailered toys with you! Please note that there are length limits based on the parking spot size, so please inquire before booking.

While our cable TV offerings are limited to the living room TV with most channels in Spanish, we have provided Roku TVs in both the bedrooms and living room. With these, you can stream content from your own subscription apps. However, please be aware that not all streaming apps that work in the US will work in Mexico. If you're looking for US football games, we cannot guarantee that they will be available on our cable channels, but we suggest checking out one of the local bars for a fun way to watch the game.
Our condo is located on the 4th floor in the D building, offering a stunning view of the surrounding area.
We often get asked: how long does it take to walk to the beach. This could vary based on the person and what they have in tow (gear and or kiddos!). We are a beach front resort with direct beach access. I have timed it and it takes me 3 minutes (with nothing in tow and always a lot of pep in my step!) from time to closing the condo door to toes in the sand.
Princesa as a smoke-free and vape-free resort. This applies to all areas of the resort, including common areas, inside the condo, and the balcony. Please note that resort security strictly enforces this policy, and failure to comply can result in removal from the resort.
The swim-up bar, Colin's Cantina, is a privately operated establishment. Its hours of operation are determined by Colin's Cantina and the occupancy conditions of the resort. If you would like to ensure that the bar is open for the duration of your stay, we recommend contacting them ahead of time, before booking with us.
Please note that beach towels are not provided, and guests will need to bring their own.
Our homeowners association covenants codes and restrictions do not permit renters to have animals of any kind including but not limited to service animals nor emotional support animals. As we are located in Mexico, ADA rules and governances do not apply in this case. ADA rules and governance apply to properties in the United States.
