No 1 Luana - pet friendly holiday townhouse

This gorgeous townhouse is newly renovated and located in the highly sought after beachside suburb of Nelson Bay. The perfect getaway for families, or larger groups, No. 1 is the first townhouse of 3.

The townhouse sleeps up to 4 guests, with a queen bed and 2 king single beds that can be combined into one king upon request. The property also features a fully equipped kitchen, gorgeous bathroom with walk-in shower, and internal washing machine and dryer. Off the main living area is a small balcony, and downstairs is a spacious second living room with TV for the kids to chill out after a day at the beach!

The yard is perfect for family time, with a shared BBQ area and space for the kids (or adults) to run and play.

You will be just a 600m walk to stunning Shoal Bay beach, and a 1km walk into the town centre of Shoal Bay.
Little Beach is the perfect swimming spot for young families and is just a 900m walk. It is just a 1km walk into the Nelson Bay town centre with much to see and do.

Included in your booking are 1 car space in the garage, and additional street parking, free wifi, bed linen, bath towels, and all the basics you will need. A porta-cot and highchair, and beach towels are available for hire, please request this at least 24 hours prior to check-in if required.

Pets:
One small-medium house trained dog is welcome to stay with you at Luana. Pets must remain on a lead at all times when outside of the house, the yard is not fenced.
A pet fee of $150 per pet per stay applies in addition to your booking total, and additional Pet Policy Agreement is required.
