We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused by the AC malfunction during your stay. While it was working at the beginning of your stay, we understand the frustration when it failed later. Despite the peak season, we prioritized getting an HVAC technician out as quickly as possible to resolve the issue. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter. We also apologize for the missing basic supplies such as extra garbage bags and paper towels. We provide extra full rolls under the sink as well as dishwasher soap, dish soap, shampoo/body wash. We have address this with our cleaning team to ensure it doesn't happen again.. Also, iTrip team member dropped off extra trash bags etc as soon as we were informed. Regarding the neighborhood this is a strictly residential, family friendly and safe neighborhood w parks nearby. We are transparent about the area so our guests can make informed decisions. While the incident around the area was unfortunate; it was random. We're glad to hear there were no further safety concerns during your stay. Your comfort and safety are our top priorities. We’re delighted to hear that you found the property itself to be good and that you would consider staying with us again. Your feedback is valuable, and we will use it to improve our services. Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed the remodeled interior and bedding, but we sincerely apologize for the patio cleanliness and A/C issues—we are addressing both immediately. Regarding location, our map is fully transparent to show our exact spot in the heart of LA (about 15–17 miles to Venice/Santa Monica, 20–22 to LAX, and 21–23 to SoFi Stadium). While our California Craftsman is in a central LA neighborhood rather than Beverly Hills or the Hollywood Hills, we aim to offer a stylish, fairly priced home base. We appreciate your notes as we work to improve!
