This Second Floor Middle Suite has been completely renovated in 2023! It

features a brand new bathroom with tub/shower enclosure, new tile and vanity.

This suite will have a new layout in the second bedroom featuring a built-in

with a small refrigerator, microwave, and wardrobe. Also included is a cafe

table with two chairs and all new A/V equipment. We also provide an ice bucket

and Keurig coffee maker (complete with a complimentary starter set of k cups).



This suite overlooks one of the most popular streets in downtown Rehoboth

Beach, Baltimore Avenue! You will also have an ice maker on the first level,

sand wash station, beach chairs, two beach towels, access to a laundry room

(no coins or cards needed! We provide detergent, too), and one parking space

on site.



Experience what it is like to live in Downtown Rehoboth Beach within walking

distance to everything!



Please be advised that there is No Elevator on site.



Housekeeping is available on stays longer than 3 days.



Bring a Pack and Play, if needed.



One standard parking space included with reservation, for larger vehicles

SUVs, Vans, etc. use of the Park and Ride is suggested or a parking permit is

available for purchase at the city kiosks during the summer months.
