This beautiful contemporary home has been totally refurbished with forever views at a 4500' elevation! A two-person sauna was just added this fall! Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner on the main deck with comfortable deck furnishings and a gas grill, or just gaze at the view any time of day! This home is only an 8 minute drive from the country club. There are high ceilings (over 20 feet) with mountain views from every room. The main floor has a sunken living room area with a huge 75" Samsung TV, a fully furnished kitchen and a play area for kids or adults who still enjoy childhood games! There is also a full bath on the main floor. Upstairs is the main bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom. There's also a queen sized bunk bed in the loft area which is quite unique! The owner has just completed the downstairs which adds another king bedroom, queen bedroom, sauna and another full bath. Each bedroom has it's own mini-split! The balcony off the main floor allows for pure enjoyment during the Spring, Summer and Fall seasons. Mini splits are in each room providing heat and air conditioning. Sit and enjoy the propane log fire during the cooler months while you watch the huge Samsung TV! Walk to the Appalachian trail, watch the deer roam, enjoy absolute peace on your own personal mountain top! The owner is a member of the Village Amenities which gives renters access to the swimming pool, tennis courts, pickle ball courts and trout pond!

BEGINNING SPRING OF 2023, ALL RENTERS WANTING ACCESS TO DINING AT THE COUNTRY CLUB AND PLAYING GOLF WILL HAVE TO CONTACT WOLF MOUNTAIN REALTY TO REQUEST A FORM WHICH WILL BE COMPLETED BY THIS OFFICE AND FORWARDED TO THE CLUB. A PASS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP AT A CHARGE OF $150 PAID DIRECTLY TO THE CLUB FOR ONE WEEK OF DINING AND/OR GOLF. GREEN AND CART FEES NOT INCLUDED.

Please note - prior to booking there is 21 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

No Pets Allowed: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

**Please note this property offers an outdoor communal pool.

No Smoking / or vaping of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking / vaping are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $500.00 penalty fee.

We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - Dish soap, 1 trash bag, dish detergent for dishwasher, 1 complimentary laundry soap, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and 1 bath starter hand soap. But please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need. We only provide things to get you started.

Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000 in real property protection.
