The Space:
Longmore Estate by Tiny Away is located in the heart of Victoria, just an hour from Melbourne and close to Daylesford—Victoria’s beloved Spa Country. Surrounded by natural bushland, serene lakes, and local wildlife, it's the perfect hideaway for relaxation near attractions like Hepburn Bathhouse, Trentham Falls, and Wombat Hill Botanic Gardens.
A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please advise that there will be a second tiny house called "Longmore Retreat" on the same property. If you want to book in groups, please contact your land host 24 hrs in advance to make arrangements.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to our cozy tiny home and its surrounding areas, except for the land host's main house. All areas surrounding the property other than the main house are fenced up except that the property has an open small lake and an open dam.

Longmore Estate by Tiny Away is perfectly positioned near Daylesford—famous for its spas, mineral springs, walking trails, and fresh bushland air. Just over an hour from Melbourne, it’s the ideal escape for relaxing at Hepburn Bathhouse, picnicking at Wombat Hill, or exploring boutique wineries.
Nearby attractions include Trentham Falls is the highest single drop of any waterfall in Central Victoria, Hepburn Bathhouse, a traditional, underground spring spa house, and Wombat Hill Botanic Gardens is perched atop an extinct volcano, with gardens, picnic sites and a lookout tower for a scenic view of the Macedon Range.
Getting Around:
By car:
- 1 hr drive from Bendigo
- 33 mins from Castlemaine
- 1 hr drive from Melbourne
- 36 mins drive from Ballarat. All are accessible by 2WD and 4WD cars (or vehicles).
By public transport:
- Daylesford has taxis. The nearest town to the stay is Daylesford and only a 20-minute walk or a few minutes by car.
Other Things to Note:
- For firewood, please bring your own firewood or we may point you to the closest supplier
- Wifi is not available
- No smoking allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Please close the windows and lock the door when leaving the stay
- Mobile reception is good for Telstra, Optus ; weak signal with Vodafone, 2degress and Spark
- The property has an open small lake and an open dam which are not suitable for children

- We advise guests to dress appropriately, such as long pants, sleeves, or boots when roaming outdoors
