Vista del Polo is a stunning, brand-new villa situated alongside Casa de Campo’s exclusive Polo fields, offering breathtaking views and a luxurious escape. Designed to maximize airflow, the villa enjoys refreshing breezes throughout the day, creating a naturally serene atmosphere.

The centerpiece of Vista del Polo is its impressive 18-meter swimming pool, perfect for exercise or leisurely fun with family and friends. A solar-heated jacuzzi comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, providing a warm, eco-friendly space to relax and unwind.

The villa features four beautifully appointed bedrooms with a mix of king, queen, and full-size beds, ensuring comfort for all guests. A dedicated office space and high-speed fiber optic Internet make this villa ideal for remote work or streaming 4K movies seamlessly. The open living and dining areas are designed for comfort and connection, with a dining table that seats up to 10 guests. A private TV room adds a cozy retreat for movie nights or quality time.

RESORT FEE
All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo must register in order to be granted access to the resort and its amenities. The cost of the registration is US$ 25/adult/day (12 years of age and older), US$ 12/child/day (between 4-12 years old) and children under 4 years of age are granted free access.

RESORT FEE/ACCESS & AMENITIES INCLUDE
Each guest will receive an ID with personal information and details of stay that will provide access to the following services and amenities:

> Use of the Fitness Center at a special rate exclusively for villa owners
> Use of the towels and chaise lounges at the pool located in the main hotel area, as well as at Minitas Beach

* FOOD BUDGET: If your villa comes staffed, we suggest as a rough guideline to budget $50-$60 per adult per day for grocery costs if eating three meals at the villa (not including alcohol). This, of course, can vary due to your dietary requests. The Marina has a well-stocked supermarket with groceries, alcohol, and a wide selection of other products (sunscreen, hygiene products etc)
