This brand new modern 5-bedroom villa in Casa de Campo is a stylish and comfortable retreat with a tropical vibe. Bright, open spaces and clean design make it perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Enjoy a private pool, outdoor dining area/BBQ, and plenty of space to host a pool party or family gathering. A kids’ playground adds fun for the little ones, while adults can lounge in the sun or unwind in the shade.

This villa sleeps a maximum number of 15 adult guests.

BEDROOM LAYOUT (ALL UNDER SPLIT UNIT AC CONTROL):
-Bedroom 1: 1 king bed, en suite full bath
-Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed and 1 double bed, en suite full bath
-Bedroom 3: 2 queen beds + 1 twin bed, en suite full bath
-Bedroom 4: 1 queen bed + trundle bed (double), en suite full bath
-Bedroom 5 (poolside casita): 1 queen bed, en suite full bath

KITCHEN/DINING: Kitchen with stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, blender, and all basic necessities. Main indoor dining table with seating for 8-10 people (6 chairs and a bench seat). Additional indoor dining table with 5 chairs.

INDOOR LIVING AREAS:
-The main living area is under central AC.
-Bluetooth speakers for guests to play music inside and out.
-Additional pool house/TV room separate from the main building with en suite full bath.

STAFF:
-2 full time staff (housekeeper/cook, butler) who work 8am-4pm daily (unless otherwise requested). Services include daily personal laundry, meal prep and serve, bartending services, villa maintenance, etc. Preparation of both breakfast and lunch included as part of the basic service (renter supplies food), with dinner service available at additional cost (USD$50 for their taxi home after employee transportation ends).
-Private staff entrance and private maid’s quarters.

Complete access to all resort facilities, a well-stocked grocery and liquor store in the Marina, all hotel pools and restaurants, movie theater, golf courses, and much more.

RESORT FEE: Not included is a resort fee charged per day by Casa de Campo for use of amenities (see attached photo in the listing photos for detailed description) and payment is collected upon arrival to the resort on the day of your check-in.
