5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom villa that sleeps a maximum of 10 guests (no exceptions).

BEDROOM LAYOUT (ALL UNDER SPLIT UNIT AC CONTROL):
-Bedroom 1: 1 king bed
-Bedroom 2: 2 queen beds
-Bedroom 3: 1 king bed
-Bedroom 4: 2 queen beds
-Bedroom 5: 1 king bed

KITCHEN/DINING: Kitchen with stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, blender, and all basic necessities. Dining table with seating for 10 people.

INDOOR LIVING AREAS:
-The main living area is not under AC.
-Smart TV.
-Bluetooth speakers for guests to play music inside and out.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
-Pool
-Jacuzzi (heated!)
-Comfortable outdoor furniture, chaise lounges covered by umbrella at your leisure
-Exquisite garden views
-Covered dining area with seating for 8
-Outdoor kitchen (covered) with barstool seating, built in BBQ

STAFF:
-2 full time staff who work 8am-4pm daily (unless otherwise requested). Services include daily personal laundry, meal prep and serve, bartending services, villa maintenance, etc. Preparation of both breakfast and lunch included as part of the basic service (renter supplies food), with dinner service available at additional cost (USD$50 for their taxi home after employee transportation ends).
-Off of the backside of the kitchen is a private maid’s quarters area with bedroom, bathroom, and laundry area with washer and dryer.

LOCATION/VILLA ADDRESS: LAS COLINAS 2
Less than 10-minute golf cart ride to Playa Minitas and Minitas Beach Club (also walkable distance - exactly 2 miles!). Complete access to all resort facilities, a well-stocked grocery and liquor store in the Marina, all hotel pools and restaurants, movie theater, tennis courts, and much more.

RESORT FEE: Not included in the nightly rate is a resort fee charged per day by Casa de Campo for use of resort amenities and payment is collected upon arrival to the resort on the day of your check-in.

Per person, per night current rates are:
$30/adult (ages 13 and older)
$15/child (between the ages of 4-12 years old)
Free: children under 4 years of age

This is unrelated to the booking with the owner of this property and is paid directly to Casa de Campo upon arrival to the resort. Thank you for your understanding.
