Villetta/Matakana offers a perfect boutique accommodation with a touch of luxury so you can rest, restore and revive as we are settled into a picturestic valley.
We offer a restful space, as we are in a beautiful setting with a serene environment.
We offer that home away from home for singles, couples, a girls escape or a family catch-up.
Location is extremely important hence we are literally minutes from everything ie, Golf courses, beach, Matakana village, walks, etc.
Looking for a romantic escape for 2 we are a perfect spot to relax/rest
We are equally set up to sleep 4 people if required.
Villetta means Cottage in Italian.
We have always had a foot in Italian Culture hence when this piece of paradise became available we knew exactly what we wanted to do with it.
The Villetta has been completely renovated to accommodate those needing a space which is restful and soulful with a uniqueness of elegance and peacefulness.
We wanted your experience to be one of luxury and quality hence we have invested in quality bedding + amenities for you to enjoy throughout your stay.
For those seeking a special place for their honeymoon, or a couple needing a wee break away, or a girls weekend, maybe a family get together whatever your occasion the Villetta can accommodate.
The Villetta/Matakana is not too big or too small.
Bedroom 1 leads from the open plan living room with Bedroom 2 tucked in behind which can be shut off if a couple are in residence.
Bedroom 2 offers its own private patio.
Each room has its own style and privacy.
The Villetta's bathroom has been fully renovated with every detail thoroughly thought through, including stunning tiles, under floor heating + heated towel rail with sensor lighting for your safety.
Our Villetta is perfectly situated to capture the sun from morning to night - with the opportunity to find shade or sun whichever your preference at any time of the day and time of year
We are surrounded by mature stunning trees with beautiful bird life.
The Villetta is offering an unique experience with no hotels in our area - we wanted to offer you a beautiful, unique and relaxing holiday escape/experience.

We back onto a reserve - NZ is a beautiful country so having this at your door step is very unique and special.
We have NZ Native birdlife on and around our property from Tui's, to wood pigeons - to kiwi's! Yes Kiwis!
It is quiet, relaxing, tranquil and extremely beautiful.
Plus the Villetta has been fully restored and renovated for our guests to fully enjoy their experience.
