Welcome to Pearl Beach, your tranquil escape just 90 minutes from Sydney and only a 2-minute stroll from the sand and sea. Nestled in the peaceful surrounds of magical Pearl Beach – a place locals and visitors alike describe as one of Australia’s hidden gems – this retro-style holiday home is the perfect spot for families, couples, or friends seeking a coastal retreat.

Here, time slows down. You’ll wake to the sound of waves, breathe in the scent of pristine bushland, and feel instantly connected to nature.

Spend your days swimming, tackling scenic bushwalks, or simply letting the kids make the most of the great outdoors. Evenings are best enjoyed on the back deck, listening to the birds and the distant surf – or gathered around the fire pit under the stars.

The place includes 2 co-located semis. Each semi contains
• Bedrooms:
 o Master bedroom – Queen bed
 o Second bedroom – Queen bed
 o Third bedroom – Bunks (sleeps up to 7 kids across both semis)
• Living & dining: Open-plan lounge with TV, Netflix, cosy seating, and dining table for 6.
• Kitchen: Retro-style but fully equipped with oven, cooktop, and microwave.
• Bathroom: Original bathroom with shower, toilet, and vanity.
• Comforts: WiFi, floorboards throughout, split-system aircon in living area.
• Suitable for 12 guests (maximum of 8 adults)

🌞 Outdoor living

The highlight is the backyard and timber deck, perfect for relaxing, playing, and gathering together. The deck has 2 x outdoor settings, plus access to a BBQ.

What makes it special:
• Beach shed stocked for fun: beach wagon, sandcastle buckets, beach cricket set, lawn games (Klop, Bocce), and kids’ bikes with helmets.
• Pétanque pitch in the backyard – spark some friendly family rivalry and laughter.
• Cosy fire pit
