Ready to leave your worries and head to the mountains? Located in the prestigious Summit on Bluff, Mountain, The Moutain Top Retreat will be the perfect escape while still being close to all of the activities and fun the Smoky Mountains have to offer. As you arrive at this custom 4-bedroom 3 and a half bath home that sleeps 14, you will find ample parking for you and your entire party along with yard space for fun family and group activities. This home will serve as the perfect vacation home or meeting place for all types of groups.

Starting on the main level, the family room with a full wall of windows to take in the stunning view, kitchen and dining area warmly greet you as you enter. This large space with open floor plan, boasts a large living area with gas fireplace, 2 large comfy sofas (one with a queen pullout sleeper) a relaxing recliner and large leather chair with ottoman for ample seating as you relax and take in the view or watch the game on the 65in TV.

And the chef in the family won't feel left out as they can easily interact with your entire group as they prepare meals in the gourmet kitchen equipped with a large Jenn -Air cooktop with 4 burners and center grill, double wall oven, oversized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and other small necessary appliances. The kitchen is also fully stocked with cookware, baking dishes, serving dishes, coffee maker and Keurig, dinnerware, flatware and almost anything else you will need to prepare and serve a complete family dinner in the adjacent dining area that seats 8 at the dining table and 5 at the bar.

The main entry level also has a half bath for use by the common areas to the left of the front entry door. It also showcases an over-the-top king master suite. This amazing master is home to a king size bed, gas fireplace, large walk-in closet, private ensuite glamour bath with oversized walk-in shower, jetted soaking tub and best of all a sauna to relax in as you reflect on all the wonderful memories of the day you created with friends and family!!!

There is also two separate outdoor decks. One is just off the kitchen and has a large gas grill, dining table and chair and rockers. The other is off the living room area and has additional seating. You will be wowed by the gorgeous view from either of these 2 outdoor spaces.
Now, as we make our way downstairs you will find the gaming space, cozy sitting area with another wall of windows where you can continue to enjoy the stunning view, 3 more bedrooms, two full baths, laundry room and large outdoor deck with Adirondak chairs and 7 person hot tub. The sitting area and gaming space has 2 large sofas (one with a queen pullout sleeper), 60in TV, pool table and large gaming card table.

As you continue down the hallway on your left is the laundry room with top of the line washer and dryer and 2 full baths. On the right side of the hall bedroom number 1 of 3 has a set of twin bunks and 2 roll away beds to comfortably sleep 4 people. The 2nd of the 3 bedrooms has a queen bed, large walk in closet and large windows so you can wake up to a gorgeous view of the Smokies. Bedroom number 3 is at the end of the hallway and has 2 separate queen beds, in room access to the full hall bath, 2 large walk in closets and walk out deck access that leads directly to the amazing view and hot tub deck.
