With almost 350 feet of beautiful sandy beach frontage and dunes on a south-facing 7-mile continuous golden sand beach, you get unlimited sunshine, privacy, beauty and unending sand. Large picture windows offer expansive views of the water and sand dunes. A house-width lakeside deck with a propane grill and covered patio lets you enjoy Lake Michigan like never before. A 150 feet boardwalk takes you over the dunes to another small deck on top of the dune which leads right to the beach. An outdoor fire pit is located atop the dune, facing the lake, providing a perfect setting for a beautiful evening.

Air Conditioning: No central air, but there is a breeze off of the lake

ATV's: Not on property-Closest trail is Trail #2(intersection of Hwy 2 & Tannery Rd.) or Trail #421(intersection of Hwy 2 & County Hwy 432).

Drinking Water: Well water- 7 stage osmosis water system in kitchen only

Drugs/Smoking/Fireworks: Freshwater does not permit illegal drugs of any kind on the property. Due to the location of the properties, smoking is strongly discouraged around the home and strictly prohibited in the home. Fireworks are prohibited at a Freshwater location for the safety of all persons in and around the property, even if it is legal in that city.

Fireplace: 2 gas fireplaces- one on each level of the home

Fishing: Bring your poles. Indian Lake State Park is approximately 30 minutes away offering a great place to fish. Game fish include Perch, Walleye, Northern Pike, Bluegill, Sturgeon, Smallmouth Bass, and Brown Trout

Fishing License: A license is required in order to fish in Michigan.

Golf: Indian Lake Golf Course: 24 mins (16 miles)

Grill: Propane grill, directly attached to propane from the home

Handicap Friendly: Not wheelchair friendly, 2 steps in and access to beach requires use of board walk and steps

Linens: Yes, we provide your sheets and linens. Just like a hotel, the beds will be made for you upon arrival. We have just the basic sheets, pillows, pillowcases, and bath towels.

Space: Ranch style beachfront home

Seniors: Welcome, but there are steps in and out of property as well as stairs to lower level. The beach is about 300 ft from backdoor.
