My electricians stayed for a few weeks while doing work in the area and the property was perfect and exactly what we needed. They liked the property a lot, and had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

We were down for my Grandchild's Graduation from LSU. The house was beautiful and very clean. Had all the amenities to add to comfort including my favorite a jacuzzi tub. It was located in a very nice area and close to LSU. Would recomend this property very highly.

The house was clean and spacious. The neighborhood was quiet. We had a minor hiccup with our code working to enter the place but the management company was very responsive so it only took a few minutes to get in.

We stayed at this property for a baseball tournament, and it was by far one of the worst rental experiences we’ve had. The condition of this home does not come close to matching its 9.5 rating.When we arrived, the yard was completely unmaintained with very tall grass. Someone did show up to mow, but left grass clippings all over the driveway and sidewalk. We had to clean it ourselves just to get our luggage into the house.The inside was even worse. The moment we opened the door, we were hit with a strong odor of musk and smoke. The home felt dirty and poorly maintained throughout. The bedroom carpets were stained, bathroom rugs were covered in bleach spots, and nothing appeared clean.The towels were unacceptable—old, mismatched, thin, and some had holes. The mattresses themselves had visible stains, and the pillows were a random mix that did not seem clean or cared for. The couches were covered with various blankets, which only added to the concern about cleanliness. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and overall, the home felt unsanitary.The air filter looked like it had not been changed in a very long time, which likely contributed to the smell and poor air quality. We had this home booked for another weekend and immediately canceled after this stay. We were so uncomfortable that we left a full day early and drove home late at night rather than spend another night there.It is honestly shocking that this home is being offered as a rental in this condition.

Baton Rouge Vcay

The place was really nice. There were a few issues that were quickly resolved with the management team. A few things that could take the property to the next level is make it a bit brighter. The place was really beautiful. I wasn't a fan of cameras in the back yard and thought it was a little bit excessive, otherwise the backyard was beautiful. I would recommend this property as a good place to stay.

Quick Trip

We booked this home for a quick trip to Baton Rouge. The location of this house was perfect for us with a quick 20 minute drive to Baton Rouge. Close to restaurants and other needs. The response by the Property Manager was almost immediate when I had a few questions which I greatly appreciate. One thing to note is the king bed is not in the master bedroom. Over all this house was a perfect landing spot for us to rest and relax. Weill definitely choose to stay here again if we're back in the area.

Some hiccups but overall stay was great

So there was about a ten minute delay getting into the house, as there was an issue with the keyless entry. Our host worked to get that fixed as quickly as possible. While waiting we noticed the storm that went through the night before had knocked off a front shutter and totally knocked down the side fence which we relayed to our host at that time. Another small hiccup was the master bathrooms shower became unusable when the shower head literally fell off nearly hitting me while showering. The host sent someone over to look at it but it never was fixed during our 6 day stay thankfully that bathroom also had a jet tub but 1 shower for 8 guests became a scheduling issue for cleanliness the remainder of the trip.Overall the location and size of the house were perfect for our needs and if we are ever in the Baton Rouge / Zachary Louisiana area again we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again (hopefully with a shower head that stays in place the entire stay).
