Self-contained guesthouse - only a short 3min drive to the beach to watch the sunset or have a dip in the ocean. This guesthouse has a kitchen with all amenities, a spacious living area, queen bedroom and ensuite bath with overhead shower. It’s close to Marmion ave for quick access to freeways and short 2 min drive to Whitfords shopping centre with cafes, restaurants and entertainment with family

Kallaroo is a quiet family friendly neighbourhood with parks and people walking their dogs or tending to their gardens. Located in between Hillary's and Mullaoo, you won't be disappointed with the beautiful beaches, cafes and restaurants

Guests can park on the driveway to the right with more parking available on request. There is 24/7 access walkway to the guesthouse located at the back and seperate to the main house with shared backyard.

Relax and enjoy our 1 bedroom self contained guesthouse in Kallaroo.

It sleeps max 2 guests ( plus toddler or baby if needed) with open plan living, kitchen and laundry area.

The bedroom comes with a queen bed, ceiling fan, large spacious wardrobes with floor to ceiling mirrored doors and plenty of storage.

The bathroom is attached to the bedroom and comes with a built-in fan, heat lamps, toilet and shower head located above the bath. Complete with bathroom essentials, hair dryer and fresh towels & bath mat provided.

The living area has a smart TV connected to Netflix . Air conditioning for cooling and heating is located in living area only with a fan for the bedroom.

The kitchen has a dining table that seats 4, an electric oven with grill, electric stove top, double dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave, sandwich press, toaster, kettle and relevant cooking utensils with plenty of storage and large double pantry.

Our guesthouse also comes with a washing machine, ironing board, iron, clothes horse and cleaning essentials.

Located behind the main house, we’re only a stones throw away if you need any help - we are more than happy to assist in your stay.

3 min drive to Mullaloo Beach, cafes and resturant
2 mins drive to Whitfords shopping centre, restaurants, entertainment and movie theatre
10 mins drive to Hillarys Marina and also where you can get the ferry to beautiful Rottnest Island

There is one car-parking spot located on the driveway with more parking available on request.

There is a bus stop 5 mins walk which will take you to Whitfords Shopping centre or Whitfords train station.

- All guests are required to complete a pre arrival form and rental conditions

- You’re more than welcome to have two adults and baby / toddler. Please let us know ahead of time so we can accomodate if we can.

- The shower is above the bath and you will need to step over the bath to access.

- Air Conditioning / Heating located in the living area only and ceiling and floor fan located in the bedroom

- The garden area is shared

- It is a pre-requirement that guest must complete a pre-arrival form, including uploading ID and sign the rental conditions prior to receiving check in details.

- Security cameras located on exterior of main house with shared backyard.
