Summary:
Welcome to PierView, Unit 306! A Direct Oceanfront condo in the beautiful town of Nags Head, North Carolina! Enjoy direct ocean views from this well-appointed two bedroom, two bath condo.
Fall asleep each night to the sounds of crashing waves and wake up to beautiful sunrises from your porch with unobstructed views of the ocean. The unit also features a well-equipped kitchen, flat-screen TVs (2), cable, WiFi, and an in-suite washer and dryer.
Sleeping arrangements include a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a queen-size and twin-size bed in the second bedroom. Linens (bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and sheets) are provided by an independent vendor and the beds will be made when you arrive!
The property offers direct beach access, two outdoor pools (closed in off-season), outdoor grills in the common area, and a children’s play space - all available for your enjoyment.
The elevator in our building is currently out of service. Our HOA is actively pursuing a full modernization of the elevator system; however, due to the scope of the project and the specialized parts required, we do not anticipate the elevator will be available for guest use until Spring 2026.
We understand this may cause inconvenience and truly appreciate your understanding as we work toward long-term improvements to the property. To help ease the impact, a luggage lift is available to assist with transporting your bags. All guests must be able to navigate multiple flights of stairs. If you choose to proceed with the booking, please understand that no refunds will be given based on the availability of the elevator, it is an amenity of the HOA and is completely out of the owner's personal control.
If you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help make your visit as comfortable as possible.
This unit is located on a fourth-floor level (the first level is pull-under parking).
Our awesome caretakers, Mike and Lisa, live onsite and are as committed to your experience as we are.
The unit is conveniently located within an easy drive of many great local attractions including the beautifully renovated Jennette's Pier (a half mile away), the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Jockey's Ridge, Tanger Outlet Shopping, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Coquina Beach, and off-roading and fishing at Oregon Inlet. We’re sure you will agree that the location can’t be beat.
