Located around the corner from the Cowes shops and beach is this beautifully presented 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment sleeping 6 guests comfortably.
THE SPACE
Located in the very centre of Cowes, close to all amenities and within walking distance to the north-facing Cowes beach and the Cowes shopping precinct including some great cafes and restaurants, this apartment offers contemporary coastal living at its best. Leave the car at home as this apartment is a short walk to everything!
The air-conditioned home with parquet floors features 2 private bathrooms, an open-plan living-dining, an equipped kitchen, and also double glass sliding doors out onto the deck to sit back and enjoy the afternoon sun.
Light and modern, your new island escape will be the perfect place to relax, unwind and entertain your guests.
Rest and relax as this abode has so much to offer with all the linen and towels included and two free undercover parking spaces where you can leave your car for your whole stay because you won't need it, with everything so easily accessible.
The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.
There is plenty of space for guests to spread out and relax.
