The Space:
The Hide Away Cabin by Tiny Away is a 139-square-foot tiny home located in Redwood Valley, South Island New Zealand. The tiny house is only 18 minutes away from Nelson and a short drive from Motueka and Kaiteriteri. Along with several other exciting attractions such as the towering dunes of Farewell Spit, the crystal-clear springs at Te Waikoropup Springs, and Wharariki Beach, among others.

A cozy tiny home nestled on the edge of a pond with stunning woodland views, complete with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers).

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please ensure that any accompanying dogs are stock-proof, as our main property is home to pet sheep, goats, horses, pigs, cats, and ducks.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas, except for the land host's private residence. In case of emergencies such as maintenance, repairs, or one that requires medical attention, please contact your host via message or call.

- Rabbit Island Beach is a stunning beach situated only a 7-minute drive away from the cabin.
- Kaiteriteri is a sunny town famed for its turquoise ocean and golden sand beach, which attracts tourists year after year.
- Tahunanui Beach is an expansive local beach with vast sandy expanses, a scenic meandering coastline, and a playground.
- Motueka is a vibrant town recognized for its robust café culture and artistic community and a gateway to the Abel Tasman National Park.

- Pets should be kept on a leash at all times
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- No smoking allowed, except in designated areas
- All mobile phone reception is at an average signal, with Vodafone having a good signal.
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

Important note:

- Keep in mind that outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
