The Space:
This pet-friendly, 1-bedroom condo can accommodate 3 guests but is ideal for couples, with 65 sqm of space and excellent amenities combined with an amazing view of one of the most beautiful beaches in Puerto Vallarta from the roof lounge. Head to the rooftop, where you can take a dip in the pool, soak your stress away in the hot tub, grill something tasty on the BBQ, and enjoy a meal at one of the dining tables.

As you step into the 2nd-floor, studio-style condo, you’re greeted by a welcoming open floor plan. The beautifully decorated sitting area has been outfitted with cozy seating and floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors that give access to your private balcony. Take a seat and enjoy your morning coffee or unwind at the end of the day with a nice glass of wine. This area also includes a well-equipped kitchen and a gorgeous natural wood dining table for enjoying sit-down meals at home.

There’s a cozy king bed facing a wall-mounted 42" HDTV with standard cable. Below the TV, there’s a laptop-friendly workspace if you need to work or just check your emails. You’ll love all the closet space where you can unpack and feel more at home. Plus, the sofa can accommodate 1 guest for extra sleeping space in case you’re traveling with a friend or child. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo as well as access to the common areas, such as the rooftop.

The Neighborhood:
Staying at Torre Ambar in the north of the hotel zone, you’ll be steps from one of the top beaches in Puerto Vallarta - Playa de Oro. You’ll be within less than a 10-minute walk to the Chedraui (large grocery store), the flea market, and Puerto Magico. Plus, you’ll be about 6 km or 15 minutes from the city center.

Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport, about 4.1 km or 2.6 miles away.

Other Things to Note:
This property is pet-friendly, and there is a fee of $20 USD.

Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance.

Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) or using any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 11 p.m. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- We welcome one pet per stay with an additional fee, but kindly note that we do not permit more than one pet during your stay.

Interaction with Guests:
Upon arrival, you will need to retrieve the keys for the unit at the reception.
