The Space:
This pet-friendly, 1-bedroom condo is ideal for couples and solo travelers or a group of 3 friends. The complex offers a refreshing communal pool, dining tables and sun beds, BBQs, a convenient location, 24-hour surveillance, and onsite parking. You’ll be a short drive from shopping, groceries, restaurants, entertainment, golf, and other fun activities!

The sitting area has been outfitted with a comfortable futon, a 55" HDTV with cable, and doors that give access to the balcony. The kitchen is well-equipped to prepare any meal of the day, and there’s a breakfast bar and outdoor dining tables in the common area to enjoy meals at home.

To accommodate 3 guests, there’s a cozy queen bed, plus there’s a futon and 1 full bathroom. You’ll find a laptop-friendly workspace at the breakfast bar, and you’ll have reliable WiFi in case you need to work, check emails, or stream something to watch.

The Neighborhood:
Plaza Marina is conveniently located within a 5-minute drive from the beach and international airport. Additionally, you can savor the best dining experiences right at your doorstep, plus the city center is just a 15-minute drive away. The Loft is situated near a bustling shopping center that offers an array of shops, pharmacies, restaurants, a taxi stand, laundry facilities, and much more for your convenience.

Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport, about 1.5 km or 0.9 miles away.
If you are arriving by car, there is free parking on the premises.

Other Things to Note:
This is a pet-friendly property, and there is a fee of $20 USD.

Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance.

Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) or using any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 11 p.m. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- We welcome one pet per stay with an additional fee, but kindly note that we do not permit more than one pet during your stay.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in unit using a code to access the keys in the lockbox. Full instructions and the code will be provided before your arrival.

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message!
