Perfect for longer stays, the condo, fully furnished, is located on the 2rd floor penthouse with large windows overlooking La VivriĂšre Fountain. This open space concept with mezzanine and cathedral ceilings was recently painted and renovated and is remote work ready with fast wi-fi. With approximately 1050 square feet /95 square meters. It has a fully equipped kitchen, laundry in unit and a dedicated workspace. Enjoy the large patio with the a close-up view of Cap Diamant. Free Parking Space (for small vehicle) is very rare in this area. This apartment is perfect for relocations or professionals.

The Condo is situated at the corner of rue Sault-du-matelot and rue St-Paul and nestled between rue Sous-le-Cap, at the heart of the prettiest streets of Old QuĂ©bec. This quaint area boasts of bistros, patios and boutiques and is one of the most unique in QuĂ©bec City with a path along the cliffs of Cap Diamant. Only a few steps away from enchanting Petit Champlain Neighborhood. Walking Distance from Gare du Palais Train Station and the Gare fluviale de QuĂ©bec (ferry). Close to multiple staircases with quick access to rue des Remparts and the Upper-Town. The condo is located 5 minutes away from A.440 and A.973 for quick exit to Montmorency Falls (15 minutes), LâĂźle dâOrlĂ©ans(40 minutes), Mont-St-Anne (35 minutes) and Massif de Charlevoix (1hr) for some of the best ski and snow east of the Rockies.
