Wir haben eine schöne, voll möblierte, klimatisierte, 2-stöckige Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern in den Mauern des alten Quebec.

Es befindet sich in einem kleinen historischen Gebäude (erbaut in den frühen 1900er Jahren) und ist nur einen halben Block von der lebhaften St-Jean-Straße mit ihren Sehenswürdigkeiten, dem Einkaufsviertel, gehobenen Restaurants, dem unterhaltsamen Nachtleben und den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln entfernt.

- Dachfenster im zweiten Stock
- Backsteinmauern
- Holzboden
- 2 große Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Betten und ein kleineres Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett. Kinderbett ist im Hauptschlafzimmer verfügbar.
- 1 und 1/2 Badezimmer. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein riesiges Badezimmer mit separater Badewanne und Dusche
- Kamin aus echtem Holz
- Alle wichtigen Geräte inklusive - 4-Platten-Herd / Backofen, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Suite.
- Kostenpflichtige Parkplätze stehen hinter dem Gebäude zur Verfügung. Dies ist nicht in der Miete enthalten. Der Preis beträgt ca. $ 15-25 / Tag je nach Saison.

Outstanding location inside walled city. Easy walk to all attractions. Spacious, super clean 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo with modern amenities: air conditioning, washer & dryer, full kitchen, well appointed. Feels open & good lighting. Very fairly priced.

Definitely book this property!! Great location, easy parking, and wonderful communication with the owners and property manager. The property provides everything you need during your stay and more - plenty of sheets, blankets, pillows, towels etc. and many extras like wood for the fireplace and drying racks for winter gear! Location wise it's quite convenient to many shops and restaurants, walking distance to everything. If you need to drive anywhere, the in/out parking is easily accessible and located right behind the building. We've stayed at this property two times so far, and will definitely recommend to family and friends looking for a great stay in beautiful Quebec City!

Perfect location!!

We had the most wonderful week staying at this condo!!! The location was absolutely perfect especially for a winter visit where parking can be scarce and snow clean up can be a concern. We paid to keep our car in the back parking lot and didn’t have to drive anywhere all week since all of the shops & restaurants, skating rink and all the city has to offer was in walking distance! The place was super clean, beds were comfortable, and shower had nice water pressure. We also appreciated having a washer & dryer in the unit! We would definitely rent this condo again and hope to return sooner rather than later!!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo Ferd & Family!!! Bonne Année!

Great 3 bedroom condo in Quebec City

The Condo was clean, comfortable and spacious for our family of five. Location is very convenient to all the shops, restaurants and everything. The parking is outdoors and located right behind the condo. It costs $25 CAD per day to park. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Outstanding!

A great place to stay in a great location. The apartment was spacious, impeccably clean, and so convenient - just inside the Old Town wall. Parking is available right behind the apartment but PAY ATTENTION TO HOW YOU PAY THE PARKING ATTENDANT! We arrived late in the afternoon and had not had a chance to convert any of our money to Canadian. The attendant insisted on the full 4-day -stay payment in cash at the time we parked the car. We had to pay $100.00 American money but got a receipt marked $100.00C which, when converted, would have been approximately $75.00. He spoke no English, we spoke no French so disputing the $25.00 difference was impossible - a lesson learned! In spite of this, I would certainly stay in this same apartment again - easy communication with the owner and manager, great location, and spacious, well -appointed apartment lacking nothing but salt and pepper.

Great location!

This property was in the PERFECT location. You can walk right out the door and be in the middle of all the town has to offer. The property is clean, well kept and very nice. We each had our own space at night, which made it nice to wind down and relax. I highly suggest this property.

From start to finish everything went smoothly. The owners and locale prop mgrs were great. Location is awesome. Very clean and everything worked. Kitchen has everything, but you’ll need to buy spices, oil, etc if you want to cook. My only concern is the living room couch and chair are getting a little “well used” looking, but still functional.

Wonderful Experience!

We were so happy with our apartment! This apartment was very clean, spacious and in the perfect location for our trip to QC! Ferd was quick to respond and all went very smoothly with check-in, etc. The beds were very comfortable for all of us - family of 4. We had a incredible stay with our two adult children.

Extremely close to on the great places in old Quebec. The place itself was perfect for us and was ideally setup with 3 bedrooms and lots of space in the living area and kitchen. Very clean and check in and out was very easy. We hoped for such a perfect place in the right area which is exactly what we had. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your place.

Convenient Location

Great property in fantastic location. So easy to walk to main sites of Old Quebec. Matresses were a little uncomfortable and one bedroom has a skylight which brightens the room early in the morning during the summer. Place was clean. Loved Quebec and surrounding area and enjoyed being able to walk to it from this apartment. Parking garages nearby.

Great location and very clean condo

The condo is very clean and the host was very accommodating for my allergies. Great place for those with allergies. Location is ideal for the old city and you’re able to walk to all the sites. Parking is behind building and costs around $25 a day but there are covered garages outside the wall for a little cheaper and still within walking distance. Condo is roomy and beds are very comfortable. My family had plenty of space and comfort. Kitchen is also nice if you plan to cook a meal although there are many restaurants close by. The condo is within a block of Rue Saint-Jean. If you have a car you can take a 15 minute drive to the Montmorency Falls. We spent half a day there and found it beautiful and picture worthy. I highly recommend the condo for price, location and cleanliness.

Can't Wait to Return!

Our stay at this condo was beyond pleasant - I really cannot imagine how it could have been better!! We were greeted personally and in preparation for our arrival on a hot day the A/C was on. The entire condo was spotlessly clean and came equipped with absolutely everything we could possibly need. It would be very easy to cook an entire meal (or several meals) there; the hosts have thought of everything! The beds were so comfy and the bathrooms accommodated our group of 3 nicely. It was the perfect place for our visit to Old Quebec and we cannot wait to visit again!

We had an amazing stay in Quebec City at this beautiful apartment. The location is perfect, the beds very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. We bought our condo in 2007 because we thought we would settle there again but changed our mind. So we decided to keep it for our kids and rent it out. We think it would be great for the girls to have a place to live in the old city if, and when, they wish to attend a french university - and for us to use it occasionally when visiting family.

We totally fell in love with our condo on the first visit. The 'old city' with its surrounding stone fortifications and very old buildings was like walking in medieval Europe in the middle of North America - but still have your daily dose of delicious croissant and steaming espresso, two minutes walk from the condo.

It is really convenient to be able to walk to wonderful restaurants, bars, boutiques and public transport.

During the summer, you will feel like you are right in the middle of the on-going season festivities. And in the Winter, the silence is deafening, interrupted only by the stuttering sounds of horses footsteps on ancient cobbled stones. It is also an excellent home base for Mont Sainte-Anne ski resorts and Carnival de Quebec.
