This property was perfect for my husband and I. The owner was very sweet and accomodating.This unit was plenty big enough, clean and tasting decorated. It had all the features we were looking for including a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. We would definitely stay here again!

The unit was exactly as it is pictured. Very clean, and well decorated. The property rental company made the check in and check out process very easy.

Great View

It is exactly what you see in the description and pictures. It was close to anything you would want to do or to eat. I was able to bring my dog with me. Will stay there again.

PERFECT!

We had a very good experience with this unit and property manager. Check in was quick and easy- although it did seem a bit pointless to have to physically go to a separate location just to get a code and instructions. The resort location was very convenient and the unit was just as pictured. The bed was comfy and the water pressure in the shower was outstanding. We were able to enjoy the fireworks from our balcony which was wonderful! Everything was great- but a few kitchen towels and a full length mirror would be good additions.

Beware of Elliot Rentals and Ocean Park ResortI booked a two-night stay at Ocean Park Resort through VRBO. Upon arrival, I realized the address Elliot Rentals sent me was not the same as the one listed on VRBO. The property was about 4 miles away from where it was advertised, which was a big problem since I was traveling alone with a pet and had chosen the listing to be a block away from my family.I immediately called Elliot Rentals customer service to cancel, as I had purchased travel insurance. I was told the reservation would be canceled, and when I asked for a confirmation number, they assured me I’d receive one by email. That confirmation email never came.Because of the bait-and-switch location, I had to book a new rental closer to my family out of my own pocket. Since then, trying to get a refund has been a nightmare.Please do your research on this company and read reviews before deciding to spend your money with them.

We’re sorry to hear about your frustration, but we’d like to clarify a few important points. Pets are allowed at this property with a three-hundred-dollar refundable deposit which was not paid, and it does state that clearly in the listing. You were also sent a confirmation with all the correct property details, including the address, at the time of booking. We understand travel plans can be stressful, but it’s the guest’s responsibility to review the reservation details before arrival. The listing location, policies, and confirmation were all accurately provided in advance. If you chose to book elsewhere, that was your decision, and it does not qualify for a refund. We always encourage guests to read all property information carefully before booking to avoid misunderstandings.

Disappointed

My husband and I booked this room because it was close to airport and the “few” reviews were 5 stars. To begin with, we had to drive north to pick up door code and parking passes. So much for staying close to airport. Upon entering the room, everything looked ok. The place is dated, but that’s wasn’t a problem as long as it’s clean . The bed had no comforter and 2 regular pillows on a king sized bed. Nothing like picture. The bedroom closet ceiling tile was hanging down, exposing the duct work and insulation of the HVAC. The extra pillows and blankets in closet were soiled. The curtain rod in bedroom was barely holding up curtains and a ceiling lamp cord was wrapped around the rod. There were plenty of towels and wash clothes, but no dish towels. We cleaned the dishes, the few we used, with paper towels. The couch was very dirty and soiled. We put pillow cases on couch so we could sit down. This condo is ocean front and had a beautiful view of the ocean. However, the view from the bedroom and side window from living room overlooks an empty building with green water in the pool. Terrible! We kept curtains closed. I called Elliott Rentals several times, emailed several times. The maintenance man came the first day I called, but couldn’t fix ceiling tile that day. It was fixed the second day and 2 king pillows delivered. However, no extra blanket or comforter. The pictures are deceiving and this condo needs some work.
