We had an amazing time at this property. Clean, comfortable, and steps from the beach. The house was well stocked with all of the essentials. We loved the backyard, pool area, and rooftop views on the upstairs deck. Would absolutely recommend and plan to return in the future!

Ended up first evening cleaning the place, front door entrance (front and back) ground floor back door, surfaces, handles and light switches. Front door mat and entrance sand swept away. Basically left the place cleaner than what we received it in

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Brand new home that was equipped with everything! Nicely decorated, comfortable space for 6 adults and 4 kids. The pool was perfect and a very short walk to the beach. View of the ocean was perfect! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to this lovely beach home!

The living space is excellent in this house. The location is excellent as well. The beach access was close and the beach itself fabulous! Unfortunately we had two unpleasant occurrences. The sheets were fresh, but the bedspreads were not laundered and I had to contact housekeeping. They did address the issue, but it did diminish our first impression of the property. The other issue was that the grill was very dirty and we needed to give it a good cleaning using worn out brushes. The third floor living space was perfect for our group of 11 and the views from the fourth floor top deck were amazing! The pool was refreshing and the poolside space nice to hangout at. There are lots of places on the property to be together and to get away for a little privacy. I recommend this house, just get confirmation from the management company that all bed linens are laundered.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We made a last minute decision to come down to the OBX for a vacation. We found the Sandbar on Beach Realty and knew it would be a great house. The house was perfectly clean, Beds made with towels in every room. It was such a great set-up. The house was very comfortable for the 10 of us. Kitchen was set up with great small kitchen devices, Plenty of plates, silverware etc. Favorite parts of the house was the deck off the kitchen for all meals, the roof top out look for taking pictures and getting away from everyone else. THe house looks just like the pictures. No Surprises at all. Go to arts place for breakfast and have a bloody.
