Easy to follow email, only had to contact owner regarding parking from which he answered right away. Area. It far from the strip, very close to Anakeesta. Rooms are spacious and clean. Very easy process and nice stay, will do so again on next trip to Gatlinburg.

Nice Place Great Location

It’s a recently updated and well maintained place. Very responsive host. Easy check in/out process. Kids loved the pool. Extremely convenient location. We were able to walk to everything downtown. Short drives to all hikes.

Location is the best part of this condo! Location makes it great if you want to walk the strip in Gatlinburg or slip out and go to Pigeon Forge. The pictures are accurate. The air unit for the main living area/master area definitely had trouble keeping it cool during the day but at night it was fine. We had to use the bathroom vanity for our non hanging clothes because there isn’t a dresser. Overall we did enjoy staying here and would stay again.

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay in this fully updated unit close to town. It was a 10 minute walk to Anakeesta. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the large balcony. The AC in the living room could have blown colder air, but it wasn’t anything major. We didn’t have time to use the pool, but it looked nice. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely love your condo. Location is fantastic and what beautiful views off your balcony. Looking out over Gatlinburg off the balcony truly feels like a piece of Heaven. We had such a wonderful time and totally plan on going back and staying at the same location!

Great getaway!

We had a lovely time staying here and loved the convenience of the location! Our family (including a baby and 3 year old) plus my in-laws all comfortably stayed for 3 days and we were easily able to walk to the strip and enjoy all of our favorite Gatlinburg activities without needing to worry about downtown parking. We also loved having a kitchen and cooked more than half our meals, so if you are someone who likes to cook the kitchen is a lovely addition to avoid constantly eating out on vacation. Definitely recommend!

Perfect Place to Stay

We very much enjoyed our stay in the condo. The location was perfect, where we could walk to the main drag without having to deal with parking. The unit itself as exactly as advertised. It was beautifully renovated, clean, and cozy. Check in and out was extremely easy. We got there a little early and called the manager. He answered immediately and was able to let us in before check-in time. I would highly recommend this condo if you plan on coming to Gatlinburg.

Worst place to stay

I stayed with my family. 1) the living room sofa had bed bugs inside. 2) the pool is trash - not accurate with online pics 3) the rooms are small as compared to pics 4) outside of apartment is very dirty 5)apartment outside not safe Do yourself a favor and do not stay at this property..

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- We take claims like this seriously and would like to clarify the items mentioned in your review. Immediately upon your checkout, we had our professional pest control company, that we retain for regular service, perform a full inspection of the property and found zero evidence of bedbugs or any other pests. This written report was then forwarded to Evolve as evidence. - Our listing reflects the layout of the condo, including square footage, though we’re sorry if you were caught off-guard. We pride ourselves on being transparent and accommodating to all guests and would have been more than happy to walk you through the exact layout of the condo before you booked had we been asked. We use local, professional photographers to make sure that the listing photos correctly reflect the property, and all photos of the property have been taken within the past twelve months.- The condo is maintained daily by an onsite property manager hired by our Homeowners Association. Unfortunately, my local property manager was not contacted during your stay about any cleanliness issues on the condo property itself. Had we been made aware of any issues, we would have been happy to quickly resolve your concerns.- Providing a welcoming environment is important to us and we're sorry to hear that you didn't feel comfortable in the neighborhood. We have had the great pleasure of hosting hundreds of guests over the past several years and we have never had a single guest not feel comfortable. We go above and beyond to provide a nice experience for guests and we're sorry that outside circumstances changed that.- While we regret our home was not up to your expectations, we’re happy to share that our most recent guests reported no issues. Convenient to the Parkway

Overall, we had a great experience at this condo. It was only a short walk to the Parkway (the aquarium is less than a 10 min walk), so the location was great. The condo was clean and well-maintained. The photos were accurate, and the view from the balcony was really lovely. The kitchen was well-stocked for some basic cooking. Additionally, both beds were very comfy. (Though the pillows were all really soft. It would have been nice to have a few firmer pillows in the mix for more support.)On the down side, we were woken up almost every night of our 6-night stay between 2 and 3 a.m. by a garbage truck emptying a dumpster. (We think it was at the building next door.) My husband is a light sleeper and an insomniac, so this was really tough for him. Most nights, he was up for several hours (if not for the rest of the night) after being woken by the garbage truck. The lack of sleep really started to affect him by the end of the week. If you're a light sleeper or have trouble sleeping, this particular condo might not be a great fit.If you plan to walk to the Parkway, expect LOTS of stairs. The condo is on a hill, so it's several flights from the sidewalk up to the lowest level of the parking lot. Then, the condo is on the 2nd floor...but you have to walk up 4 flights of stairs to get there; the building is built into a hill, so it's several stories up until you reach what is labeled as the first floor. (There's an elevator to haul up your luggage, but it's at the top level of t
