We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is beautiful, peaceful, and very cozy, with an amazing view. We traveled with two children and felt very comfortable—the space felt safe for them, which was very important to us.The only small detail is that some of the upholstered furniture could use a deeper cleaning, but it didn’t take away from our overall experience.We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

What a lovely condo on the gulf! Open airy with beautiful 90 degrees views of the beach. Nicely done interior, in coastal cottage. Very comfortable and relaxing. Comfy beds. Would love to stay again.

Comfy & Cozy

The unit was tidy & clean… the kitchen was well stocked for the little bit of cooking that we did. It was nicely decorated and up to date, beautiful views of the sunsets!

The views were amazing. We loved being only steps from the beach to take walks. The condo was very clean and contained extra special touches like the way the towels were folded. You felt you were in a luxury hotel with the comforts of home. The free tram in December was a great way to get back and forth from times square without worrying about parking. I would highly recommend this property. We had a really great time!

Great girls getaway!

Their property was well maintained after a major hurricane, the properties along our stretch had a lot of damage, but our spot was great!There was a lot of truck noise from bringing in loads of sand to repair the beach line, but we appreciated how they were improving the area after a devastating storm ! Everything was clean, beds were super comfortable, and we enjoyed every minute of it!

Beautiful

This condo is very nice and has the perfect view of the beach. The fact that it is an end unit was what initially sold me. You have a very private balcony with awesome views. The beds were comfortable and the unit was clean. The only minor con of this unit is that they do not provide beach equipment. We had to rent chairs and an umbrella. Overall, a great stay in a great location. Great communication with the rental company. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, except for the weather had a great time.

Iverall, with the exception of the weather, we had a great time. My only complaint is the sofa bed. The mattress on it really needs to be replaced. You can feel the springs in it as soon as you lay down on it. Family that had to sleep on it did not sleep well. Otherwise other beds were comfy.

There was a major mismatch between the in-condo information binder and the pre-arrival email, which made checkout confusing. Early check-in isn’t an option, and units aren’t inspected until just before arrival, which makes advance coordination difficult.That said, the beach was beautiful, the pool—though small—was enjoyable, and the location near downtown and the bridge was very convenient. The neighboring resort’s presence is noticeable but manageable.
