As you enter The Beachside Sanctuary you are welcomed into the open plan living area, with direct views to the brand-new and private swimming pool and heated spa. Guests can make the most of their stay by spending your days in the sparkling pool area, creating joyful memories as kids splash in the pool and pets romp down the side. Relax on the outdoor lounge suite or enjoy a BBQ family dinner in the outdoor alfresco area.

The living and dining area is equipped with and a large Samsung smart television for all your entertainment needs. With space to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests, it's an ideal for your next family holiday.

The fully equipped large kitchen has everything you will need, with all brand new appliances including a high end Oracle coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and much more. The dining area features a large extendable dining table to comfortably seat 8 guests or more. .

Making your way upstairs to the second level you will find the spacious bedrooms. The master suite offers a true experience of luxury with private outdoor seating area – great for evening drinks gazing at the view, a large ensuite bathroom and walk-in robe for convenience added air-conditioning for your comfort.

Down the hall you will find the remaining 2 bedrooms:

Bedroom 2 consists of, a queen bed, built in wardrobe, ceiling fan, & air conditioning.
Bedroom 3 consists of a bunk bed (2 singles) and built in robe, & air conditioning.
The main bathroom is also located upstairs consisting of a bath, shower, separate toilet. Located on the bottom floor you will find a powder room for your convenience.

Unique to The Beachside Sanctuary is a private studio with everything you need. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso Coffee Machine, and all appliances. Relax in the lounge room whilst watching your favourite show on the Smart TV and enjoy the Aircon on the hot summer days. The studio is great for a second couple, or teenagers – private but still connected with the main house. The bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, and built in robe for convenience.
The amenity of The Beachside Sanctuary continues with a spacious two-car garage, a clothes dryer, washing machine, and high speed Wi-Fi to ensure you remain connected during your stay.
