As you step through the door, you are greeted by a warm and inviting living space adorned with tasteful décor that seamlessly blends modern comforts with a touch of rustic charm. A fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to enjoy shared meals with your loved ones at the dining table.

The two bedrooms are cozy and thoughtfully designed to provide a restful retreat for guests. The main bedroom has a king size bed and the second has a double and single bed.

The bathroom has been updated with subway tiles, walk in shower and a floating vanity.

Sit and read a book or watch the boats and birdlife in the sunlight streaming through the windows of the sunroom, setting the tone for another day of lakeside bliss.

The rear undercover timber deck overlooks the water and private bay.

There is a double kayak, with two adult life jackets and 3 child life jackets available for guest use so you can enjoy a fun day out on the water from your own private bay.
